weeks of waiting without any reply, multiple emails to all their social media accounts and adresses, disconnected phone line, no response. I know they were reading my emails but were intentionally avoiding them. Only after proceeding with an application to the NSW magistrates court and reporting to the ACCC, finally today they reached out and sent the money through. What a bunch of complete jokers.
They weren't rude over our email conversations, rather pleasant to speak with. They stalled the conversations in order to lengthen the process out as long as humanly possible. But after much persistence, today I have finally received my refund. I have had to fight for this one. Certainly not the normal thing to do here in AUS.
These guys need a good kick up the bum, and as they have an active ABN in Australia, they are required to play by the rules... or else face the harsh consequences. Stay far away from Black Swallow. They will surely find a way to stuff your day up! It's no wonder they don't have a physical store address. Stay scared [Content Removed]!

purchased the items from somewhere else. I waited patiently for my refund to come, they advised 3-6 Business days, the refund never came so on the 26th April. I emailed them again but have not received a response.
It is now the 16th May and I still do not have my refund, luckily I paid via PayPal so have opened a case with them. I wish I looked at the reviews prior to purchasing. Would not recommend this company.
