Can you purchase a BLANCO BFD9058FX Oven door or oven Outer Glass in Australia? The DOOR HANDLE screw came out and completely shattered the Oven's Outer Glass.
Can I get an instruction manual? our installers misplaced ours when it was fitted. I need to know how to remove the oven door and how to tighten the handle as it has become loose. Mandy

Is this model has a child lock for oven?
no
Each time I bake a cake, they get burnt. I could not figure it out how it works. It looks so complicated to use. Please help.
sure - if I can help, do not use (or trust) the timer - preheat oven on a baking mode eg. 2 flat lines - this oven will generally be hotter then the temp shown in recipe and still will use fan even in bake mode - I find start hotter then turn temp down gets better result. - start high pre heat eg 160-170 put the cake tin - then turn down temp in time eg after 10-15 min turn down to 140 or so - even lower a bit later if you see has risen and browned already.
