Purchased 16 shirts to print on and when they arrived they were such poor ( Temu like) quality that I called to asked how much would it cost me to send them back for refund. the description. After they arrived I received a refund although $44.50 out of pocket short, they state that’s their refund policy, not what I was told on the phone previously. I also paid for return insurance on purchase. So the whole process was extremely misleading and misguided and my client was out of pocket $44.50 for items they received in full and could resell. They claim they charge a restocking fee, sorry to get them from the box and return to a shelf for resale, please this is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard of. I will never buy from them again or will I recommend to anyone. Very sad that they steal from customers and think it’s perfectly within their right to do so. Never again!!! Bad business buyer beware.

I will not be ordering from them again. Order rain jacket which was in stock, only to be told 2 weeks later it was out of stock , I’m still waiting for it ,it has been almost one month…was told ship on 23rd April, not movement on tracking since then…buyers be beware…it would appear it’s been sitting in thin air…I’m still waiting on refund as of 13th of May…it’s now 19th May, still no refund…

Never received my order – My parcel was lost/misplaced by the courrier company. Buyer beware – Purchased 3 hoodies, one had faulty zip that would not do up. Company tried stalling tactics ie send pic of garments with labels intact, pic of the fault etc (no visible fault with zip unless you want to do it up). The warehouse of course saw nothing wrong with the zip. It took a Paypal dispute for them to offer a refund and then Paypal intervention again for the to pay the refund one week later.

Do not buy – 2 weeks after ordering I hadn't received my items. When I contacted them they replied that they were waiting on one more item to be restocked before shipping. P*ss poor. The courier service they use has one of the worst ratings. Going on over a month and still haven't received items. Zero assistance from customer service.

Excellent value – Blank Clothing online store provides an excellent range of products and very reasonable prices. The product information allowed me to choose the "weight" of the item I wanted with a great choice of colours and styles. The size guide was spot on accurate which is an issue these days with some sizing being somewhat questionable. Good quality t-shirts – The 4 T-shirt’s I purchased for my brother seem to be lovely and soft, good quality and the colours a very vibrant. We have washed them but he hasn’t worn them yet as we are going to screen print on them. The wool camisole seems a little scratchy, I hope it will soften and be less so after a wash. Show details

Good gym gear – I purchased three ladies singlet tops to wear to the gym. They are made of breathable fabric and quality. Two (black with white trim) were really great - the cheapest ones were the best quality, and the most expensive pink one I didn’t like the quality at all, I gave it to lifeline. Show details
