haven't had so many problems with any return. I'm just having a monologue from February 19 to March 13. And the most interesting thing is that 2 days ago the site had completely different information about the return (there is a photo) and another email about questions. In a word, a terrible attitude towards customers

Excellent product – After use: leaves skin clean and smooth, easy to remove. Definitely worth the price. Haven’t used many Peel off mask brands to compare this with but good results so far.

just from using it once, i definitely recommend this black mask as the others I've used are no good! It is painful when taking it off, but beauty is pain! absolutely worth it.

recommendation is to use it on the T zone only. A. You might want to put that on the package. B. That would still turn you into Rudolf with a sore red nose and black muck everywhere.

Straight into the bin. Don't want to give this experience to anyone else. Seriously, do better. You'd think these sorts of issues would be picked up on when product testing before going to market.

Waxes ur face – Basically waxes ur face by removing the small hairs - pretty painful to remove. I wish I only used it on my nose, not my entire face! Look like a lobster now

Do not buy! – I bought this product and do the patch test as recommend and all was good. I put the mask on and I have reactions to next to nothin but this mask left my face burning and I had to wash it off instead of pull it off because it was so painful to pull off. Again I do not have a sensitive face nor low pain tolerance. My was burning for about an hour after and was peeling the next day. Not impressed

Amazing!!! – I love this product!!! Removes all the little downy facial hairs, deep cleanses and removes stubborn blackheads, really easy to remove, skin is flushed and revitalised. so I applied it to my blackhead farm areas and waited the alotted time.

No blackheads were removed and 20 minutes post removal, my face is still bright red, red hot and feeling like I've been badly sunburnt.

I hope others have had better experiences than mine... I wouldn't want anyone to have the same or worse.

Obviously I know that facemasks can never guarantee success for everyone, but this definitely didn't work for me.

I doubt I'll be buying this again – Very painful to get off, but it doesn't seem to be because it's removing blackheads, but more because the small hairs on the face are ripped out. And I still have blackheads on the nose. I feel like I wasted money on this.

Don’t waste your time! – I bought the mask online about 2 weeks ago, and just received it this morning. Followed all instructions on the bottle and gave the product a go. Left it on for 20 minutes before fighting to get it off my face. Noticed as I was pulling it off all that was being removed were the tiny hairs on my face. mask my face is bright red like tomatoe. Not one single blackhead was pulled out, have much superior results using pore strips. Would not recommend this product to me worst enemy, it was painful to pull off and pretty sure it pulled a whole layer of skin off with it.

more sebum on his mask, though I'm not sure if it was actually facial hair... Overall I think this mask does draw out something, but it's certainly not for my skin, and I don't think PVA and alcohol being main ingredients could be good for anyone's. By the way, just to clarify, for my husband and I, it was not painful to peel off the mask at all (maybe because we don't have much facial hair). Doesn't work – Received a Blaq mask sample tube for free and recently tried it for the first time. It was a thick consistency and was sticky so I thought this was a good start. this was due to removing dead skin cells off the surface of my face. After cleaning off what was remaining of the mask, I realised my pores were now clogged with black specs from the mask. I will stick to pore strips from now on.

Removal hurts ALOT – I bought Blaq mask tonight at Priceline store. Tried it immediately but made the mistake of letting my 11 yo do it aswell - he insisted and i didnt see the harm for some fun with him. Worked great for me – I bought mask tube online and the purchase was processed quickly. The product was received after 10 days. I've used the mask twice so far and my skin has felt great! your money! No number to call on website, no paypal for safe transactions and automated emails its just all too suss! If you look on their instagram they have hardly any photos and they turn off comments so people cant see that people are complain. They are a scam!

Really good to get grim off their face every so often – Recieved my Blaq tube in approx 3 weeks and I live in Melbourne, so it was a reasonable time. The tube was smaller than anticipated and not the same packaging as the image. tracking number appeared to be real as I tracked my parcel which was shipped from Hong Kong to Singapore then to NSW with Quantium. It finally arrived in destination transit centre on 11 Jan 2017 and then nothing. I contacted BLAQ MASK again and [name removed] said it was up to me to contact Australia Post as the item was with them. When I wrote back and told her it wasn't my responsibility to do that and how I would be happy to contact their CEO [name removed] or the news.com.au journalist [name removed] who wrote them a glowing review, low and behold my item was delivered.
