What is the process for my blaupunkt t.v that doesn't work . Do o return it where I bought it or send it back to you.serial number BP2400hdv7100.
I contacted customer service who pushed to fix the tv 1 month after purchase. I ended up contacting the place of purchase who just refund these tvs now. So I would say if you want a refund try the place of purchase first.

Our 75in TV loses it picture, will only have a picture for at most 5 minutes then goes black. Sound stay on but no picture at all
Ask them to change the powerboard. I had the same issue. It’s all good now.

When I turn this tv on when cold in morning comes on with sound and blank grey screen turn off and back on than all OK have changed source and cables did not help please advise

Bluetooth keeps disconnecting with livestream apps like netflix and google play - never disconnects with live TV. Have to hard power off, unpair and re-pair to resolve this. Help! Driving me crazy!
PS - my wireless link to the TV is good quality but wondering if its related because live TV is always OK
