The sizing is very large. I tried to exchange for a smaller size but smaller sizes were no longer available in my chosen colour and colour changes are not allowed under 'exchange'. I tried to 'chat' with them but the site's chat page wouldn't move up the screen enough to allow me to type. The item can't even be returned for a refund (minus $10)… Read more

sizing not accurate purchased 3 items and wanted to return 2 as the sizing of the top I purchased was very big and the dress was very small. Could not return the top as it was a sale item - now have a top that is not wearable. Thought i would try online once more. Firstly my parcel was sent to a PO about 10 ks away, because they did not put my address on it. How is that possible. I ordered socks and a camisole from Blue Bungalow online last Wednesday morning and they arrived on Thursday morning in Adelaide! Amazing speed! Janis Bamboo Tee x 6 - all different colours (every colour they had, I think) Zaida stretch jeans x 4 - denim, sand, white and black (the no fail classics) Whitney black bamboo skirt x 1 Adele black long sleeve bamboo tee x 1 Sophie Black knit jumper x 1 Beau red jumper x 1 Camille dark denim jacket x 1

I also added from my own wardrobe, white sneakers, a pair of brown alligator leather shoes with a low heel and an old faithful blue jacket that elevates any casual outfit. Then I packed jewellery plus 2 coloured scarves.

I wore everything on repeat. Everything fitted despite me gaining 4 kgs during the trip (how does that happen...seriously) and I looked and felt unbelievably awesome all the time. The last night of our river cruise I found out was a gala dinner and we had to dress up - I hadn't planned for that. So I paired the black Adele long sleeve top with the black skirt and dressed the whole lot up with fancy jewellery and a classic red lip. Walking down the hallway another woman stopped me and said "you look beautiful". The 2 items merged so well that I looked as if I was wearing an LBD.

Lovely but neck cut outs are all huge – Love their clothes but sadly the neck holes are always too big for all dresses and tops. They tend to slip off your shoulders, gape and show your bra and always rearranging my shoulders so they don’t slip off. Just wonderful – Absolutely the best ever company to deal with. Purchased an item and it didn’t really suit me. Followed their returns policy and decided to get store credit so returns were free. They acknowledged my return the day after it was scanned at the Post Office and credit voucher was sent. Have already repurchased another item with that credit voucher. A couple of problems – I’ve bought several items of clothing from Blue Bungalow. A black bamboo fabric tunic had spots where the black dye had not taken and a pair of black pants rubbed at the inner thigh area to holes at the seams in about 4 wears - the elastic thread stuck to itself and broke and weakened the fabric I think. I’ve got a white pair which I think will go the same way. Other stuff from them has been fine.
