BluHvn is the Best! Great Service!
Mimi from BluHvn's architectural team is a rockstar right from her lightning response to organising the right contacts for the approval. She is friendly, quick and helpful. Excellent service and follow-ups
Working with Ricardo & Jimmy from Blue Haven has been a great experience. Very friendly people and advices given were really helpful. Highly recommended for value to money pricing and service.
Customer service is great
Unfortunately couldn’t build a pool with them as we are interstate but Roy did his best to help regardless of no reward to him. Awesome customer service, something that is lacking locally where I am.

Pre stage building process
We engaged Blue Haven to build our new pool on our KDR site. To date, Jimmy one of the pre site coordinators has been very helpful and engaging particularly with co-ordinating all of the elements of the build including obtaining the various consents and working with the different teams. We look forward to progressing with the next stage of our build process.

Easy sailing from start to end !!!!!
The communication since day one has been very precise. At every step they have been 100% involved and very accomodating to any changes we requested. Due to the nature of our build, we had to do multiple iterations, from cost estimation to design alternations, and the guys at Blue Have have always been welcoming. Our pool is built on a sloping land and it required a lot of cutting, retaining walls had to be built around the pool. They suggested a cost effective design to build an integrated retaining wall along with the pool, which has been a rea...
Read morel saviour for us especially considering the significant rain that's has bombarded Sydney in the past few weeks. If it wasn't for their last minute design suggestion to include retaining wall in the build I am sure the pool structure would have severely damaged by the falling soil/rocks. So definitely a grand thanks to the team for helping and guiding us through out the project. We knocked down and rebuilt
We knocked down and rebuilt last year. Blue Haven were miles ahead with planning. They have great advice! Even down to encouraging me to get the house builder to install a light switch inside the house so I can turn on my pool lights from inside my house. I turn my pool lights on from inside the house every night and smile. Thank you Blue Haven!
stunning duplex block build
my neighbours have just installed 2 pools for a duplex block. The finishes of the pool look amazing and they have just sold each house for $2.5 million. Not enough people share their good stories.
Easy sign up and plans
Buying my pool online was the best thing I ever did. Was so easy and no plain English! No jargon and no one compares to them in the market of pools. Well done Blue Haven!

Most concerns have been resolved now
We had several concerns that accumulated during the pool construction. Following discussions with Blue Haven pool management most issues have been resolved except the stress and frustration that the whole family experienced during the whole project. The management has committed to improve its internal communication procedures to ensure that clients' concerns are conveyed to management and resolved promptly. All good now

Concrete Pool Construction
We are currently in the process of having our pool constructed by Blue Haven.
So far, we are very happy with the how it is going. Roy has been great to deal with and honest from the start, he listened to our concerns and offered some good advice regarding the design of the pool.
Communication has been good, Remonda & Jimmy have kept us updated through the construction process so far.
Their excavation & construction crews have been easy to deal with & quite considerate when it comes to parking & our neighbours.
Shady has also been great in ...

Diabolical sales tactics, Disastrous customer service
Blue Haven has been in the business of supplying spas and pools for a long time. They give the appearance of being a reputable company. According to their website, they have “won over 350 industry design awards and have over 100 years combined experience”. (https://bluehaven.com.au/our-story/} In 2021, their CEO, [Name Removed] (aka [Name Removed]) was named to a list of the top 100 women in (https://bluehaven.com.au/how-our-ceo-made-it-to-the-top-100-women-in-2021-and-the-state-of-women-in-the-construction-industry/)

Read morewe entered their Warners Bay showroom in November 2020. We were only there to have a look. However, we really liked the benefits of having a swim spa, and the salesperson, [Name Removed] (aka [Name Removed]) was very persuasive. She offered us an outstanding bargain. We could have the last remaining Arabian Sea Swim Spa at full retail price. She assured us that this spa was identical to the one in their brochure, except that it was black. The bargain was that this spa had many useful features that would become optional extras on future models. Before we knew it, we left a 30% deposit on our new swim spa. We should have shopped around. We should have checked product reviews. Nevertheless, we thought we were going to receive a quality product. There were numerous arrangements to be made before the spa could be delivered. These ancillary arrangements added a further 40% to the cost of the spa. The spa was in a Sydney warehouse. There was no opportunity to inspect the spa before purchase, but we saw no reason to do so. Surely as such a reputable business as Blue Haven would not mislead us? When our spa was delivered in November 2021, we were stunned. The spa was represented to be identical to that in the brochure, varying only in colour. The item delivered bore only a vague resemblance to that in the brochure. In particular, the spa was specified with 72 spa jets and a waterfall feature. The spa delivered has 45 jets and no waterfall feature. Only half of the spa's promised cover was delivered and it was defective. The spa diverges significantly in external appearance and has significant defects. The significance of the defects only became apparent after the spa was installed and commissioned. We had no opportunity to inspect the spa before it was delivered at our expense. We notified Blue Haven of our concerns immediately. Their first attempt at remedy was to offer for a technician to visit our home at a discounted price of $350 to show us how to operate the spa. No employee of the supplier has visited our home to inspect the spa to explain its divergence from that promised, nor to see the extent of the defects. Initially we agreed to a settlement to receive a partial refund, a new cover and the parts required to remedy the appearance issues. We received the partial refunds but nothing else.Questions & Answers
We currently have an spa jet pressure issued and there could be a possible leak as bubbles are coming out of the pool return. What is the warranty on the pool pipes?
How do I drain my 1000ltr Tahoe spa?
DRAINING THE SPA
Approximately every 12 weeks, or more frequently depending upon usage, you should completely drain your spa.
About 1/3 of the water capacity should be drained off every month in addit...
Hi, is it a Common business practice to get a customer to sign a Excavation waiver, that states blue haven will have no responsibility of any damage to property during excavation?
Yes. It’s an industry wide requirement and not a ‘Blue Haven’ thing. Each pool will need to be excavated and access must be provided by the owner for the machinery. The access path given may suffer s...
Read moreome mild or major damages depending on the quality of access and the workmanship of the existing path or driveway ect. During the excavation a bobcat is commonly used to run out soil from the backyard to the street where soil removal trucks may be waiting. This run out can happen over 150 times taking loads of soil from back to front yard. There is no builder who can take responsibility for normal impact of grass being churned, driveway damage, crushed retaining walls ect. Insurance will definitely cover any acts of negligence for example house damage. The normal run out consequences are not negligence and usually very minor if the access provided is good quality. You can help to minimize damage of new driveways by hiring rubber matting or use light weight mini machinery; but usually the cost of access restoration is still far cheaper than rubber Matting or mini machines. You’re in good hands with Blue Haven Pools. All our operators are skilled and very careful. We’ve never had a negligence case and always take care of your property.Thank you for that clarification
