car in immediately to fit 4 new tyres and within 30 to 40 minutes I was on my way.

I was not expecting to have my car even looked at until my booked time, and because they took it in straight after I arrived I actually got away from there at the time my car would have only just being started.

Competent and efficient turn over of cars in their shop, no one had to wait very long for their car. And very good deals on tyres the usual buy 3 get 1 free, all up it cost me $433.00 whereas another quote I got from someone else wanted to charge me double that.

Service with a smile and quick responses to emails and phone enquiries and they went above and beyond. After such a pleasant transaction they are my one stop shop now for Rego checks, car services and of course new Tyres, they are conveniently located so I drop my car off and walk to town centre shopping mall in under 5 minutes, can’t ask for anymore convenience than that. They also offer AfterPay.

Took my mum's car to get new tyres. One wheel face was damaged with scratch marks. I suspect that bob Jane did it, but didnt have any photo evidence to back it up. In the future if I drop off a car with anything I will take photoes at time of drop… Read more

minding the car, I popped into Bob Jane’s — it just seemed the obvious thing to do.

Once again, the service was first rate. The team spent quite a bit of time looking for one of the reported problems and, when they couldn’t find it, they didn’t charge me for the time they’d spent. I’m not sure how many other professions would choose not to start the clock in similar circumstances.

While checking the second issue, they did spot something else going on with another tyre. They couldn’t fix that particular problem themselves, and because it was the Christmas/New Year period, the business that could was closed. Even so, the team at Bob Jane’s took steps to minimise the issue so my family member could still safely use the car until they could get to a repairer of their choice.

Marlon, the front-of-house team member, explained everything in plain language — what they’d found, what they’d done to reduce the problem for now, and what the options were for a full repair. For just a few dollars, the ride in the car when my family member returned was noticeably better.

Bob Jane Shellharbour had high standards when I first started going there, and they haven’t let them slip.

I recently bought four tyres from Bob Jane T-Marts Artarmon. I’d done my research and found the exact same tyres at a local competitor. The salesperson agreed to match the lower price, which was great — but their advertised “Best Tyre Price Guarantee” clearly states they’ll match the competitor’s price and pay 10% of the difference. 10% (around $95 in total) was never applied, mentioned, or explained. The invoice even includes a line for the “Best Tyre Price Guarantee” but lists it as $0.00, which feels misleading. If you’re going to promote a guarantee, it should actually be honoured automatically, not only if the customer notices and chases it up. On that note, I am yet to receive a reply to my email or text inquiring about this.

The fitting itself was done properly, but when I collected the car, the tyres were dusty and unclean — no effort made to wipe or present them properly. For a $1,600 spend on a premium product, I expected a higher level of service and attention to detail.

Happy, thankful, 5 decade customer – Always get good service and advice from the Jane folks. Pleasant, comfortable seating, very clean waiting area and really good latte coffee. Any issues found are clearly shown and articulated to the customer. e.g: Faulty valves are always replaced and flagged with you, you have a nail in your tyre we can do A, B, or C to remedy that, you have an oil leak here did you know about this? You're actually running the wrong sized tyres for your car, your shock absorber left side has collapsed, your inner tie rods have play - best to see your mechanic asap, you need to replace them. The folks are always sensitive to each persons financial capacities and advise with a caring attitude and sensitively about which tyres are within price range and perform optimally.

Very disappointed with the lack of common sense this this tyre store has compared to others when it comes to checking and topping up Nitrogen in the tyres. The manager on Saturday morning was going to make a formal booking for over a half hour wait just to spend 1-2 minutes to check the air pressure do that I can continue my travel to Qld. without a formal booking and on the way north I stopped at the next closest B-Jane T-Mart where I was met with a friendly smile (unlike the unfriendly welcoming I received at Blakehurst) and they promptly arranged for a top up immediately which took a whole 1 minute of their time. Excellent professional service. They really know tyres and cars. Friendly and honest. They go the extra mile and not just want to sell tyres. You get the full package service with these guys. Found a Tex screw in my tyre and popped into the Shellharbour store and luke done a temporary plug repair at no cost to get me out of trouble as i had a long drive that morning and returned in the afternoon for the actual repair. The men at this store are as a team, OUTSTANDING❗️ Had a steering wheel alignment issue after removing the steering column in total... Took the car to them for this issue as well as a full tyre rotation & it was all well & fixed in a minimum amount of time... All courteous, friendly but professional ! beeline for the guys at Bob Jane T Mart Hornsby.......once again very impressed with the service and delivery .....I cannot recommend these guys enough if you want the best in tyre service and tyre sales between Hornsby and the Central Coast this is the only place to go.....also 5 stars rating is no where near enough !!!!!!
