I visited here because I had a torn tire. I went without making a booking, but they checked the car relatively quickly and said I couldn't use the wheels again so I have to change wheels. When I hesitated about the high price, he introduced me to used wheels and replaced them in the best way. By the end they were so kind and the car was fixed satisfactorily. I recommend them. workshop, but the team went above and beyond. They met me roadside, personally removed my rim and tyre, took it back to the workshop to fit the new tyre, and then returned to refit it so I could safely drive to the store. Once there, they efficiently fitted and balanced the remaining three tyres.
Every single person I dealt with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. A huge shout-out to Jimmy, who came to my rescue on a hot Friday afternoon during school pick-up time in a school zone — truly going the extra mile.

The white powder was clearly applied to hide the damage from me when I collected the car, which is outrageous deception. When I returned for my appointment, the whole process was quick and thorough. I sat at the bench area doing some work while they replaced my tyres and completed the wheel alignment. Visited Bob Jane for a wheel alignment, after having new lower control arms fitted to my car, before a long trip of approx 6000 ks. didn’t notice this until it was too late (as you’d think all would be good after a ‘wheel alignment’). 800ks into the trip, you can see the brand newish tyres, were ruined. Tyres downs to zero after 1200ks. After nearly $1000 to replace the 2 rear tyres, and a decent alignment out at Nyngun NSW, I feel I was absolutely duped! On contacting this joke of a franchise, through the head office, the referred to the dodgy alignment report. Not even attempting a resolution and virtually saying ‘[Content Removed]’. On reviewing my dash cam footage, these tools didn’t even road test the car after the so called ‘wheel alignment’! My advice is DO NOT give any hard earned money to these [Content Removed]! Unprofessional, zero customer service, and a ‘[Content Removed]’ attitude!!!!

our caravan, believing they were the best choice for our lap around Australia. Unfortunately, one appeared to be defective. James took it upon himself to investigate and discovered that the tyres weren’t rated for the weight of our van. Mercedes van can't be that obscure an ask. As a result I got an odd tyre on the rear which means another visit to a tyre shop in January. I arrived at 10:30am and left after 4pm with a half fix. I'm not cranky at them because knowledge and friendly service was great, however a greater range of near to hand stock would vastly improve their timeliness and job fulfillment. Thanks to the hard working staff on 29th December though. Some tyre shops were understandably closed so I'm grateful for the job at all to be frank as I would have preferred to have been at home rather than at work like they were.
