I needed two new tyres in a hurry due to delamination. The team a BJT Cairns fitted me in that afternoon firstly for an inspection and then immediate replacement of the faulty tyres. I am entitled to a DVA rebate which was included without question (some organisations have difficulty in dealing with DVA rebate). our caravan, believing they were the best choice for our lap around Australia. Unfortunately, one appeared to be defective. James took it upon himself to investigate and discovered that the tyres weren’t rated for the weight of our van. Out of genuine concern for our safety — especially as we still have a long journey ahead — he made calls, consulted his network, and ensured the correct tyres were sourced and they are going to be fitted to both the van and the spare, on Monday when they arrive to the store, all at no cost to us.

It was unfortunate that circumstances forced me to get a new set of tyres after only 4 months of use. However, this was just unfortunate if expensive for me. However James and Steve gave me a good deal on 4 new Conti tyres, nitrogen filled, balanced and aligned properly. Under the circumstances there was nothing further that they could do. Disgusting service – Booked for tyre rotation ... their after sales service ... but was continually pushed to back of queue when people buying tyres arrived. courtesy and respect but this time was different. Staff were rude and didn't care even though I sat there using a portable oxygen concentrator to keep me alive. I was disgusted at the treatment and left with nothing done. But was asked as left if I wanted to reschedule. What a joke. I'll never return.
