moment I walked in. The team was friendly, informative, and efficient. I received a clear and competitive quote on the spot, and when I asked about booking my car in, they were able to give me an appointment for the very next day.

When I returned for my appointment, the whole process was quick and thorough. I sat at the bench area doing some work while they replaced my tyres and completed the wheel alignment. What really impressed me was their honesty and professionalism — no unnecessary upselling, no pressure, and no checking my car for things I didn’t need. Just good, straightforward service.

I’ll absolutely be returning to Bob Jane T-Marts after this experience. Thank you for delivering genuine, old-fashioned customer service. And as for my car’s performance on the road now? Five stars.

Side note. My friend also had an amazing experience at Bob Jane Ipswich the week before and that was a big reason why I gave them a go. I was very happy to of received the same excellent experience.

They made it easy, gave me a great deal, and were quick about it. I can't fault them. The only thing I was unsure about was the rotation and balancing every 10,000km which is complimentary at other stores. After clarifying I was able to ascertain that only the first one is complimentary after 5,000km and $75 thereafter which was disappointing but the price made up for that alongside the vouchers provided. Show details ·  1

I went in for a tyre check following a drop in pressure on one wheel & was concerned that I might have the risk of gotta flat or a blow out on my 600km journey the next day. Puncture repair and advice sought – Needed a puncture repair but also to speak to the repairer about another tyre issue: no problem doing this. They were prompt and methodical, checking all tyre pressures. Pricing was very reasonable. Overall, a big tick. Show reply

Need more info – Prompt service for free 3 month check.
