Just an update as soon many people have viewed. These tyres have been superior! Noise and grip, even in the wet. Pirelli scorpion, being that brand i was sceptical of the wear. But I have had an issue. Bob Jane itself has been hard for me to access the free tyre checks as they only have specific days and times, work in construction is extremely hard to be available. Well they were open during the holiday period. They did accurately know what the problem was. They gave me the realistic options available that day and fixed it. Credit for that. Mercedes van can't be that obscure an ask. As a result I got an odd tyre on the rear which means another visit to a tyre shop in January. I arrived at 10:30am and left after 4pm with a half fix. I'm not cranky at them because knowledge and friendly service was great, however a greater range of near to hand stock would vastly improve their timeliness and job fulfillment. Thanks to the hard working staff on 29th December though. Some tyre shops were understandably closed so I'm grateful for the job at all to be frank as I would have preferred to have been at home rather than at work like they were.

Really appreciate the free 3 month tyre service post purchase. Will be back for regular tyre servicing which i didn't know was a thing after over 40 years of driving! Show details ·  1

I am very happy with the excellent service. Initially, I thought I had one tyre which had a nail. But they checked every tyre and found another one had a nail in it. Then the staff quickly fixed 2 tyres and saved me the cost !! Thank you so much !! Show reply

Wheel brace follow up – Great service here each and every time. I love the way they double check the wheel nuts with a tire brace by two different staff members. Having a wheel come off many years ago due to failing to check after the rattle gun was used. Top marks! Show reply
