After two helpful visits following punctures, after a dealership let me down with a needed new set of tyres, I called Bob Jane Strathpine late on a Friday to see if they could help me out. Visited the Store due to a flat tyre. Been pumped at a nearby Petrol Station but I am psychologically stressed. The Staff at the counter was professional in his approach and decided to agree with my request to fit 4 new tyres even though they are limited in time. Wonderful service! – Yesterday we called in for a quote to replace my very worn tyres. We were extremely impressed when the man who served us came and saw the state of my tyres and arranged to have them replaced right then and there. It was an incredibly busy time with black Friday deals and yet he made us feel like we were valued. Tyres – Best Bob Jane store I’ve been to. Great customer support. Very knowledgeable about the product you are interested in. New tyres on our car are fantastic.
