I had a puncture and the staff managed to get it fixed even when it was close to their closing time. I really appreciated all their efforts. new tyre. It took me three trips to fix my tyre. Upon checking with Bob, he told me the shop should have patched the puncture rather than replacing the tyre. For the record, Bob was not present when I first went to the shop. He has been very helpful in the end in resolving my issue.

tyre upon arrival to a camp site. Due to public holiday, the car could not be tow trucked to a shop. I had to jack it up overnight and used a glue pump kit to get back on the road. Second day in the early morning, I went to Oakleigh Bob Jane TMart as it is close to my home. The guy looket at the tyre and said there was no point the check as it held the pressure well overnight. It would be better to save $50 for a check till its failure again and get the tyre replaced. What a joke! not to check what had happened to the tyre instead wait and see to replace it! not to address what happened to the tyre at first place. I was just chocked with such service. Once i drove off from the Oakleigh shop, i went to Box Hill shop right away where i was greeted by Bob. Once i told him what happend to the tyre, how did i get the car back on the road, I was just asked to leave the key with him and he would check it out for me. I did not mention about Oakleigh shop, I did not say a word what my concern was, I was just asked to leave the car with them. An hour later, text message came thru that the car was read to collect. Upon collecting, i was told it was a tiny nail in the tyre that caused the slow leakage and it was repaird with free of charge. What a service!!! I was so glad that i went to Box Hill Bob Jane TMart. Exceptional Service – 3:55 on a Saturday evening, I rocked up with a flat tyre. They're supposed to close at 4:00pm. I was praying that they accept it, because I was going on a long travel on Sunday. Legend – Recently, I had a punctured tire repaired at this shop. Unfortunately, this is the third time this year that I've had to get a tire puncture. The store manager Bob, waived the service fee in hopes of changing my luck. front right tire, I was also experiencing a slow air leak in the rear right tire. They immediately inspected the car and found another screw in the rear right tire. The entire repair process was quick and professional—it's the best service I've ever experienced. They even checked the condition of my battery. Honest staff and amazing service – Honest staff and amazing customer service. I contacted Bob Jane after a friends recommendation. I had been given incorrect advise from another company that did sit well with me and as I was encouraged to replace all 4 tyres as my car was AWD and that my tyre was unable to be repaired cost approx $1200.
