The car break system went out of control and I was lucky didn’t crash on the Monash highway. I have driven my Tesla for almost 50k and I never had an issue with it like this. ( I know there are a lot of Tesla haters out there. But this had nothing to do with the car system) And what ever that happend was to do with the tire rotation these people did. I careful drove back to the shop and I said to the guy, ‘what have you done with my Tesla’ the whole system had gone crazy! His immediate reaction was “I hate Teslas”. I turned around and I said to him “I love Teslas” and what ever that happened was what ever you did. And he was getting agitated and told me that I was having a go at him. I found it very unprofessional behaviour given what I experienced due to their incompetency of service and lack of knowledge with Teslas. Anyway I had a chat with their manager and he did say they had a similar issue with a TESLA couple of years ago and they will see what could be done. I said to him I was disappointed in them and won’t trust them anymore. However after many testing and waiting the guy managed to fix whatever he stuffed up before. All in all I never had a word of “I am sorry” from anyone of them. Disgusting how people haven’t got the balls to own up to a mistake and apologies for it. I will never go there or recommend anyone with a Tesla to go there.

Some really good reviews here unfortunately this is not one of them ,can't say for sure but when we took our Tyers back to have them rotated I actually don't think they did it because I tow a van and the back Tyers have more air in them than the front, when we got them back they were still the same ,back had more air ,not only that just a couple… Read more

of wks after that we had our car serviced ,they said our Tyers were borderline road worthy ,they should have pick that up and yet they never mentioned our Tyers to us at all shame on them this is another reason we don't think they even touched them ,we will not be back.

Happy customer – I purchased and had fitted 4 new tyres at Fountain Gate Tmart yesterday. I was extremely happy with the high level of service I received from especially Con. He is very attentive in every detail not just for me but I observed him for the 90 minute or so that I waited there dealing with other customs etc. He is polite and attentive to all those I observed him dealing with. Unacceptable Service and Incompetence – I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this Bob Jane T-Mart location. I ordered a set of Yokohama all-terrain tires for my son's Toyota Hilux, and booked a fitting appointment for a Saturday morning. centre and returned after two and a quarter hours (to allow them more than enough time) only to find the tires had not been fitted. I then waited an additional 30 minutes for them to complete the job, bringing the total wait time to almost three hours, for a job that they said would take half that time. They did provide a voucher for a free wheel alignment in the future, by way of apology.

Upon returning home, my son noticed they had installed the wrong tires – highway tires instead of the all-terrain tires I had ordered and paid for. The highway tires were significantly cheaper than the ones I had originally purchased.

With the store closed on Sunday, I had to wait until the following week to contact them. They were apologetic and agreed to replace the tires, but this required another trip to the store.

I was told the replacement would take an hour. However, despite their error, they didn't prioritize the work. They didn't even start to swap the tires until half an hour had passed. It then took another hour and a quarter to replace them, so I waited one and three quarter hours on my second visit... to correct their initial mistake.

In total, I spent over four and a half hours waiting for four tires to be fitted, plus the inconvenience of two trips to the store. This level of service is simply unacceptable.

Awful experience – Had 4 new tyres and a wheel alignment done less then 6000kms ago, front passenger side has already scrubbed out on one side. Went to fountain gate t mart they offered just to rotate the tyres . Then Spoke to manager who agreed to replace the tyre and have another wheel alignment. alignment, so i had to wait longer. And when i got home they had changed the wrong tyre .Not ever going back, i just do not have 3 hours to spare as i run a business. Not once did they apologize for anything. There was just indifference as if the customer just did not matter. Now its going to cost me more money to replace the tyre. Just awful service, and awful people. Never again.

Avoid at all costs – They put in new tyres but pump 50 percent more air pressure to the tyres, some 40 percent higher - all uneven to make the tyres wear out sooner. Also they don’t look after your car - they will misuse your car and give you a damaged car back. Avoid at all costs Show details
