Bought a second hand car and the wheels are great but the tyres were cheap and nasty. A quick call to Bob Jane Geelong and some good advice and my tyres were on order. Informative and friendly – I wasn’t after Pirellis originally, as I was leaning towards Bridgestone. But the guys at BJ Geelong advised the Pirellis were a superb choice and at 40% off was an absolute bargain. Added a wheel alignment and the customer service top notch, very friendly. Absolutely furious with our new tyre fitting yesterday. My wife attended the store in Geelong after I was required to book a time to have new tyres fitted. She arrived just before 10AM for the booking time of 10AM and waited at the store for the tyres to be fitted. The car did not move from the carpark to be worked on until 11-25am. It was… Read more
finished at 12-09pm. This is not acceptable given I was given a timeframe of 60-90 min to complete the work. What made it worse was that other clients attended after our booking yet had their work completed prior to ours. What is the point of booking a time if you can't keep to the timelines? Being polite is just not good enough especially when your day is scheduled out around the time advised which then impacts other appointments. To be perfectly honest I will consider paying more somewhere else in the future if the service timeline is guaranteed.
