I went in for a wheel alignment with an issue on a European car. I had further issue with suspect wheel. Dean is the go to man. He recommended I replace it with genuine. Had my car in for an alignment, balance and rotation. Very disappointed as I was not made aware that one of my tyre treads have worn past roadworthy, Bob Jane team members did not advise me of the tyre tread being worn so low. Almost failed a pink slip for my car registration if it wasn’t for my spare tyre. The mechanic that conducted the pink… Read more

slip also stated that the tyres were NOT rotated either as the tyre that is most worn goes to the back, this tyre was still at the front of the car.

Camper van tyres - happy camper ! – Great service from Billy & Dylan at Bob Jane HX. Billy gave me options for tyres for my Renault campervan but had to order them in. Got them fitted a few days later. Nothing was too much trouble. When I took the van in and mentioned it was a manual and would this be a problem, Dylan just said “Not for me !” Very friendly service at the booking & fitting stages. Good price for the tyres.
