I am scary – Before changing the tires, I got recommendations in communication with many friends and chose Bob Jane Cannington without much thought, and I changed the tires at Bob Jane Cannington two weeks ago. air didn't go in more. When I put in air at 38 psi, it went in a little bit, but I saw the tire being pressed again. So I went to Bob Jane today and explained to [Name Removed] salesperson the situation and the mechanical checked it,
And he said "the air pressure is normal you can just go back" but I told him "please check your self my tire is pressed" and he said "it's normal because the air pressure is normal" but I wanted to check with him, finally we went out and made sure the tire was pressed together. The tire is deflated. But he said again if the air pressure is normal it is ok. and he told me "you can go back because there was no problem" and I told him "that there was a problem" And he said, "Did we recommend this tire? You chose it." so I sad that "I entered my vehicle information in Bob Jane Homepage and selected it from the recommended tire" and than I was so surprised that, because he said that "it was your choice you bought buy3 and get1 free" how did he say like that?
If I bought a tire that wasn't a promotion, I wondered if he would have replaced it right away or if I didn't have to be humiliated like this. I'm feeling the danger of driving after paying over $650 to replace it with a new tire, and I don't understand a situation where [Name Removed] salesperson says the tire is normal, go back, and nothing can be done. I don't think he is not bad person but I don't understand his service mind.
It's not been 3 months and 5 months since I changed my tire, it's only been 2 weeks. There's also a warranty, so I don't understand this kind of thing.
I can't wait to get out of this problem. If you want a picture, I will upload it. I hope the deal with Bob Jane, Australia's largest and most recognized company, will leave a good memory.

do the wheel alignment was done in a timely manner and the waiting room was great. I personally would like to thank the staff for making My purchase of the tyres easy and enjoyable at the same time. The only disappointing thing is that they no longer have the service booklet associated with the long life Tyre plan. Whilst this is disappointing it’s not a deal breaker. I would have no hesitation to recommend Bob Jane Cannington.
I recommend Bob Jane Cannington. They have a very good team. Extra shoutout to Reno. I ordered a full set of wheels, and they asked the supplier if they would fit my car, which they have confirmed. Unfortunately, I didn't know they fit them with spacers.
On installation day, we figured out that they didn't fit. They immediately contacted the supplier and tried to find a solution with me.
They gave me as much time as I needed and helped me as much as possible.
I could have ordered different ones, but I decided to just take them with me and fit them with some spacers. Fitted them straight away without issues.
Perfectly balanced wheels! I will bring my car back to them for a premium wheel alignment.

There is no appointment. I only do tire alignment service. The waiter is very careful to inquire about the situation. I feel very warm and complete the task in half an hour. I like it very much. Special thanks to the maintenance technician and the service staff. Show reply

Walked in! No appointment – Walked in Cannington store. A warning light on the dash + a tapping sound. ‘Seen straight away’ 10mins later good to go. A huge screw removed and tyre fixed. 5 x tyres and wheel alignment – very professional from the initial inquiry to the fitting. liked the way the wheel nuts,spare and spare wheel cover were torqued correctly. nice waiting area, with all you need, including the daily paper, nice touch.
