I really liked the clinic, everything is clean and beautiful. It's convenient to get there. I arrived 20 minutes early, and they took me without any problems. The clinic has very attentive staff and qualified staff.

Really happy wiht Nurse Cindy loved my botox and lip filler package! Always go to see her in Darlinghurst!

Clinic cancelled appointment and not authorised to provide refund – I have had one treatment there which was fine. The major issue I have is that there is no central point to contact this business. my confirmations and they just said sorry, nothing we can do. Fair enough, mistakes happen. They couldn’t rebook for 2 months so i said i’d call when i could organise another day off work. So attempt two, i booked paid a deposit over the phone received my confirmation email. I received a phone call today with the clinic cancelling my appointment. Unable to rebook for 4 weeks. I asked about refunding my deposit as the clinic cancelled and I was told that they weren’t authorised to do that but someone will call me to discuss next week. There’s nothing to discuss, the clinic cancelled the appointment so the deposit should be refunded. My trust levels are low with this company. I assume I won’t receive a refund.

relaxing (I felt like I was at the beach!). I think HIFU is like laser hair removal, it's more painful for some than others. I enjoyed the Embody, but I've heard some people think its uncomfortable. Again, it varies I suppose from person to person. Personally, I was told from the get-go that HIFU could get spicy. For me the forehead and cheeks were sensitive.

I've had three different practitioners, Natalia was my most recent one, and they were all consistently concerned about my safety, comfort and well being. Like, not fake concerned, but actually concerned. They all checked in and all lowered the HIFU frequency accordingly. It has levels, so if it's too much (which it was for me at the original level) you can go lower.

The place is super clean, their communication is excellent and the clinicians will sometimes give you a free little add on, not because they have to, but because they're trying to go above and beyond.

For me, they've been excellent.

Got Botox terrible – Muscle still massive lump think I had filler and now it’s gone after 18 days

does not work – i tried numerous treatments for months on various parts of my body, stomach, arms, legs etc. i also combined it with a diet. i see no results at all from the fat freezing technique. i do not advise these treatments. i was told you would see a result after 4 treatments on each area and 3 months later. i saw zero results despite spending a lot of money.

The gym is amazing – This is the most well explained body sculpting place I’ve been to the girls are so wonderful and very descriptive with explaining the steps on how the process happens I highly recommend going “The Gym” on tapleys hill rd. You can see results from just one session :)
