Not Suitable for Everybody. Consult Your Doctor First!!! – While there have been many people praising the effectiveness of Bodytrim please be aware that it's not for everyone. diverticulitis, to be very careful with this product. The diet often leads to constipation which is something to definitely avoid if you have diverticular disease. My sister used the product and it exacerbated her condition, resulting in a bowel abscess and removal of part of her sigmoid colon. I also became ill while using the product though my condition was less severe. I'm not saying don't use Bodytrim but please be aware of the risks if you suffer from diverticular disease or IBS and be careful not to become constipated while using the Bodytrim program. Perhaps a discussion with your GP or a dietician will help to avoid this. Having said that, I have yet to speak to a doctor who recommends Bodytrim to anyone with the previously mentioned conditions.

this program that I could still have some goodies now and again and as long as I swung back onto my eating plan I still lost weight. On this program the weight was easy to lose yes their was a plateau time but I worked past that and the other good thing about it was that I only had to try and go for a 30min walk everyday, I did this when I could and of course as the weight came of I was able to do other exercising that I liked doing such as playing golf, badminton, swimming etc, not once did I go to the gym yahoo! I have also recommended this to other people who I knew struggled with their weight, both young and old and they are loving the programme. So Bodytrim may not work for some but for me I love it. I find the reviews amusing ... Firstly I get through to general inquires in approx 2 mins every time !! Secondly the fine print as well as online clearly state they will continue to debit after a certain time after the product is purchased unless you cancel it PRIOR like we did !!!!!! Like a gym membership etc .... Not that hard .

Easy & simple to follow. Good results! – Easy to follow with use of meal replacement shakes that kick started my weight loss. It's all online so can log in to get extra recipes and pointers for the program and a good forum that can ask other users of the program questions on so nice support and community feel. Definitely sticking with this diet as getting results! :)

Apple n Cinnamon not bad – After all these years at least one baked product other than cookies. Nice texture, nice flavour, no sugar, high in protein. Good job. Perfect alternarive. I will continue purchase them and the cookies too.

working again! – after not taking care of my food, menopause and quitting smoking I gained 15 kilos. Now on the body trim regime again and it is working! Really sticking to it gets brilliant quick results. it's only if you don't follow it that it doesn't work, It's not that hard and I am impressed with my results, I have always found that my shape changes before the scales indicate, I see the difference and my clothes are getting loose. it works!

palate pleasing flavour and consistency which was quite thin and had to add xanathan gum to thicken it up, so I will go back to one of the others when I have finished this tub of BodyTrim.

It works but hard to stick to – Look the diet works if u follow it, I looked great and was lean but not sustainable..I was miserable & unhappy but looked good. It came at a cost, I did it for 2yrs. Relapsed put in weight tried again but couldn't stay on it cause I kept remembering how sad and depressed I felt..

No Customer Service – Disappointing customer service. Had some questions about the Trimsition stage, couldn't find the answers on the website so I called the ask those questions. No response after three days of calling and a promise of someone calling be back.. Really poor. Sorry started the program and now want to send back the products I have purchased.

Tastes great and I am quite enjoying it – Tried chocolate only and it is delicious. Please don't ever change it. I only take it in the hope of getting extra nutrients if my food intake isn't giving me enough. I'd purchase this again for sure.

It works if – If you prepare and your head's in the right space for committing to losing weight, this will work. So will a balanced diet and exercise, but for a good kick start it's good if you can complete the first 12 days. I started off well, fell off the wagon for a week then tried to get back on. Can't log on even though my 12 week plan is still current so not happy with that. Lucky it was free and I haven't given any cr card details.

Baked slice is terrible – The apple and cinnamon baked slice is tasteless, smells funny and feels like you are chewing an old sponge. For the cost of $4 for a teensy biscuit, it's a major rip off

Does their CEO seriously like these? – Come on, get a product, get money - just don't rely on a never ending supply of first time triers. No way I'd serve these bars to my guests if I made them - it's not hard - Atkins bars are delicious. Sick of companies with no expertise looking for excuses to make money.

Not very tasteful – Bought a bunch of these bars and they tasted pretty bad. Quite dry and dull flavour. Not the worst but there are better ones. I like their protein cookies though.

Former buyer beware – Buyer beware, or former buyer beware - if you have given Bodytrim your bank account details at any time in the past. I have just noticed that Bodytrim has deducted a small amount of $9.96 from my bank account in recent months i.e. years since I was on the program. So small as I didn't notice. NOT impressed. Now I have to try and claw it back!

Watch out for them protein shakes! – The basics of the bodytrim system is simple enough to follow so that's where the 2 stars come in. It loses marks over the shakes. Re purchase what I had already bought – I decided to go and do the programme again after being slack and gaining a few kgs only to be told I had to purchase the programme AGAIN!!!! NOT Impressed!

Great product, pity about the forum – The Bodytrim program and is fantastic and it really works if you follow it, there is no question about it. I did it years ago and had great results. I have rung the customer service number and reported the issue and three weeks later its still there. I put a comment on the facebook page and the comment was removed. I am also on another Unofficial Bodytrim forum on Facebook and someone there advised that they reported the problem with the forum a few weeks before me and no one bothered to fix it.

If the forum worked it would have been 5 stars from me.

It works – You don't need to subscribe or buy anything from them, go online stick to the rules and watch the weight literally fall off. The first three days are not great but persever and benefit with great results.

Body trim hopeless – Joined 26/3/15. Money paid in full. Have not been able to log in, ever. Phoned several times. Sorry unrecognized name or password, or the website encountered unexpected error, try again later. I am annoyed.

Keep billing without request or sending product – Ordered a Bodytrim pack 2 years ago. Then, out of the blue last month was charged $29.90 without an invoice or receiving any product. Made me realize I should not have given my credit card details so trusting. I wonder how many times I have been charged without knowing! Will have to go back over previous credit card statements.

I've been done too – On arrival all the biscuits and bars were soft. I was too busy to complain at the time and soon forgot about it as I didn't start straight away although I was interested to try the products. Noticing $31.26 deducted since an initial payment of $189.00 till July 2014, then amounts of a lesser amount to Dec 2014. In total I've paid $412.37. Will be ringing tomorrow to see what I can get back. Not happy!

What a scam my rating is minus 1 – Bad Bad Bad, I purchased this 2 years ago for the full price only to just discover that they have been taking $29.90 each Month from my account which I did not know about, that equates to over $700.00 besides the money I paid for the product. They did not tell me about this and can only refund $119.60 as the company they where under went into receivership 4 months ago so they can only refund for the new company.

Fantastic – I have been on the body trim program since May 2014 and to date have lost 29 kilos. its been much easier than i ever expected. i feel so much better than i used to! i was fully aware of the monthly charge, and prior to my first month being over i sent an email opting out and have had no issues or extra charges deducted from my account. Many people ask me how i have done it and say I look great, stick to it, it really does work!

Rip Offf – I am having the same trouble they keep taking 29.95 a month out of my account have contacted them by email and they told me that they cannot reimburse my money as it was on my invoice that I was joining the Trim Club I cannot remember seeing this or asking to join this club and apparently I had to contact them to cancel it. So angry going to get as much info as I can and take this further

Fantastic product! – I am in love with Bodytrim! I started in March of this year and have currently lost 32kgs! Not a big fan of the balls and shakes but the bars and cookies are delicious. Overall a great product, that's easy to do. I have recommended bodytrim to so many people and will continue to do so!
