I am with so many of the other comments - the exchange policy is useless. Products are very expensive which was good when they were quality, but now the fabric quality and sizing has gone down hill. Avoid buying, as the sizing is inconsistent. Very disappointing. Show details

I burned once, I burned 2x. No more. $220.is sitting in Bohemian Traders' bank and I have nothing. I sent an email and asked for credit but the answer was, no. Champagne prices don't reflect quality. The only positive is that the staff in Erina are very helpful.

Lovely dresses, however exchange/return policy is extremely poor. To have an online store where try-ons are not possible for the majority, and then not to offer an exchange policy at the very least, is so disappointing. postage, an extra $100 (as the promo is no longer running) and postage back to me! It is UNHEARD of to pay approx $130 for an exchange of the exact same item within 7 days of purchasing. I'd be more likely to understand if it were a final sale item - it was not. I used to purchase a lot from this store, and stopped. This most recent experience has reminded me why! Perhaps if the sizing was more consistent, there may not be an issue. Hopefully these reviews do not fall on deaf ears, however sadly, I feel they will due to the number of poor reviews before me.

Cheap, nasty fabric – I purchased a dress in their 30% off sale. The dress I received was of such poor quality, I am flabbergasted. The retail price was $300 but the quality of the fabric was so poor -it felt like plastic and was incredibly thin. This dress belongs on the Shein website.

Poor quality garments very overpriced – I bought a blouse that I can't wear because it looks ridiculous. The fabric is cheap, the design is awkward, and sewing is unprofessional. It looked like it came from a cheap chain store (.....but even cheap stores get the sizing and proportions better than the garment that I purchased). This site is nothing that it promotes – I ordered five garments back in early January and still haven't heard a thing. Sent follow up messages every day and not one of them has been answered. Money down the drain. Don't even waste your time or your money. Do not recommend this site to anyone.

Stay away, save your money – Every item that I've purchased, except for one, has had faults. Items fall apart, stitching comes undone, the worst inconsistency in sizing I've seen in one brand. not buy anything full price, but then don't buy anything on sale unless you're okay with not returning it because they are a trash company that won't accept returns anyway.

Sizing needs reviewing and consistency – Sizing varies from item to item. I have worn about half of the items I have bought because the are either to big or too small. All items have been 4XL. Some don’t fit me at all they are so small. Some are so big I’ve needed them altered. They aren’t great with returns unless it’s a simple exchange. Some billowing sleeve items have required massive sleeve alterations. I love the patterns, I just need consistency with sizing. Show details

promotional sales are able to be returned for a Store Credit [sic] for the amount paid" Even though this sentence doesn't really make sense you need to read further if there is any small print relating to "final sales" which is where I got trapped.
