on the Touch, I was a little concerned. They felt a little tight across my foot (my foot is 9.4mm wide) with the straps in the loosest formation. But after an hour or so, I didn't notice anymore. The sole is lovely and flexible and the straps ensure it stays with your foot as you walk, so no flapping around. Once on, they don't tend to move around at all, which is lovely - a lot of sandals I have seem to want to go sideways out from under my foot (I'm guessing that's more me than the shoes, but still nice when it doesn't happen!). So after 5 hours of walking & shopping, my feet felt great, no hotspots or discomfort. The Touch have quickly become my favourite Bokynas - can we please now have them in all the pretty colours???

they're very pricey), but when I asked to exchange them Bokyna were extremely inflexible.

They will only refund upon receipt and expect the customer to re-purchase. It is not worth me exchanging (no support on postage returns - costing the customer an extra $10 each way to return and re-purchase) - their policy is greedy and does not encourage me to continue supporting them as a return customer.

I frequently buy online from many companies, and I've never encountered a company so inflexible. The fact that I'm a return customer meant nothing to them, which I was hugely disappointing - as I mentioned - they aren't cheap.

At the end of the day, I won't be buying from them again.

(After reading the reviews I'm glad I've opted not to return them and instead attempting to sell the purchased pair on marketplace. It's clear that I wouldn't have received any refund).

(as it does look a bit dirty where my foot is) and liked the look of the toe loop, so bought the SoulMate in turquoise. They are slightly tight, as they usually are at first, but I bought my actual size and they are spot on for fit. I also accidentally ordered the wrong colour (I had two in my basket and accidentally deleted the wrong colour). I got in touch with Bokyna customer service and they replied to me within the hour and sent the colour I wanted. Was very impressed with their friendly service.

I thoroughly recommend these sandals as a more stylish alternative to thongs. They last really well and are super comfortable once you break in the rope a bit.

I also received mine only 3 days after ordering!

Both sets are amazing but the only issue I’ve found is the braiding on the elevate sandals rubs against the inside of my foot but I’m using a gel pad to elevate any issue. But I absolutely adore both sets and wear the Seastar sandals every day, I can’t wait to purchase again. Show details

Whilst I love the sandals, my second pair took over 2 weeks to reach me. My first pair arrived within a week. I did contact the company, but it still took days for my order to be processed. Still, the sandals are extremely comfortable and look great! Show details

Really nice. Comfortable. I'm getting so many compliments from my friends asking where I got my lovely shoes! Fortunately I didn't trust the ai recommendation of size 9, and ordered my usual size 8. Great fit. A 9 would definitely have been too big.

These are so comfortable! I've been wearing barefoot shoes for years, but never had barefoot sandals that were comfortable enough to be wearing all day - however, these ones are so comfy, I can wear them all day long - easily. The straps were a tad tight to start with, but the video was very helpful and showed how to adjust them and it was just perfect.

I bought the sandals for my daughter’s birthday. Beautiful black plated sandals. Fit perfectly. She wore them to her son’s graduation, so clearly they can be worn anywhere anytime.
