Ordered a Jacket, when it arrived it was not the same as ordered and it was from China. They did not respond when I asked how to return it. Not until I advised I would raise an issue with PayPal. Then they offered 10% not to return it. I returned it and it arrived in China on 18th August and they still have not provided a reimbursement. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Show details

Incorrectly advertised garments. Cheaply made imitations. Thank you to the lady who suggested going through PayPal to lodge a dispute. This was effective, and PayPal kindly credited back what I paid for the piece of material that I received that was imitating being an elegant soft flowing Maxi dress. Show details

the ordering process was I told it was coming from China). My only other option was to keep it and they would refund me 10% of the original price (in good faith) and they suggested I gift it to someone else. I wouldn’t give it to my dog, it’s so ugly. I have responded to their email saying I’m not happy with their options and that I would be happy to return it to any address they request within Australia to which they responded they were closing this ticket. Customer service is disgusting and they take much too long to respond to emails which come from a variety of different email addresses with different company names. They have scammed me out of $70 which I absolutely cannot afford to just throw away. Steer well clear of this disgusting company, they should be ashamed of themselves. Since I received the item I’ve found the same one on Shein for $20.
Misleading product, avoid this store!! I’ve contacted Bomea requesting a full refund and return shipping, as this is a clear case of false advertising and misrepresentation under Australian Consumer Law.
I strongly warn others: do not trust this store — they are selling poor-quality items that do not match their own listings. Save yourself the frustration!

Follow-up · No label with sizing or washing instructions I ordered a 12 it fit like an 8 The colours advertised were a pastel colour green and grey the items I received were a fluorescent green and grey the items looked like they were put together in a sweat shop and they had the nerve it charge me $69 each set it’s a scam these people need to be jailed

The vest I bought was nothing like the picture. Tiny sizing. Products do not appear to be from Brisbane, but rather China. It took quite a while to arrive also. The material of the vest appeared to be a soft knit in the photo however the actual product was more like a thick jersey. I ended with an ugly, tiny unwearable vest. Show details
Honestly they need to be given zero stars!! They don't respond to emails, and the quality of their clothing is appalling. I ordered a jacket and paid $89.95. Bomeo "Brisbane" are actually based in China despite under FAQ stating they operate out of Brisbane. Do NOT buy from this site, they are scammers. I purchased something and immediately realised I had purchased the wrong size. I emailed them at least six times with no response. The garment arrived and is nothing like what was advertised ….. a cheap, disgusting piece of clothing. I tried to email them at least “returns” email and it just bounces back. refund, and no response at all. Will never be using this site again and will in future, check reviews on companies prior to purchasing. These types of businesses need to be shut down. I paid good money for a shoddy product.
I have ordered a blazer which never arrived. I have emailed them 7 times and have not had one reply. I don’t know how to get my money back. I am so disappointed as I thought this was an Australian company. Don’t make the same mistake. Report this company!

These companies run a slick operation. Sophisticated photographs and websites. As I initially had no reason not to trust the business, I paid by credit card rather than Paypal (who normally have success in retrieving funds). I have now lodged a payment reversal claim with my credit card company and reported to the ACCC. The products are extremely poor copies of what are advertised on their sites and not cheap. DO NOT BUY FROM this/these companies!!!
