time too. After 4 or 5 uses I saw great improvement in frizz and I’m not sure if there’s a technical term but my hair wasn’t soaking up water like a sponge, It was healing my hair. Still using that but purchased the HG duo this time and while my hair is much healthier I haven’t used it long enough to see marked results. I’m extremely happy to have found Bondi Boost and hoping for some new hair growth. I always had a ridiculous amount of coarse thick hair and most people wouldn’t even realize I have hair loss. Also, white hair has a different texture and is normally more fine. I will try the vitamins for hair growth and health next I think. I’m a happy customer and glad to encourage others to try BB products. I’ve used hair products with bad ingredients all my life and really didn’t know it. Thank goodness for products that help you stay healthy.

! So yes, it is truly volumizing. No matter what, I always wake up with my hair stuck in the shape of that annoying bump you get in the back after having your hair in a high ponytail, even when it hasn't been in a ponytail... since using this it is FINALLY GONE. I can't get over how impressed I am with the condition of my hair now. I wish I tried this long ago, would have seriously saved so much money with all the products I bought just to be dissapointed. I honestly don't think I can ever go back to anything else after experiencing this. BTW I've never experienced such attentive and personal customer service. Still yet to post my item eight days later, despite paying for express – Made a purchase, that was not on sale and paid for express postage. a refund as I was now required to go to store and purchase a conditioner, having received no information regarding delays (although did receive 2 x promotional emails requesting I spend more $$, and having paid for what is listed as Express shipping. My refund request went ignored. My item WAS NOT purchased on sale!

Since then, three further emails have been sent and no reply nor acknowledgement.

Despite the original email stating it had been expedited, 5 days later I still have not received a tracking number.

Bondi Boost has now lost me as a customer due to poor customer service.

This stuff is AWESOME!! – I was sceptical but I was soooo wrong. The shampoo and conditioner are game changers. I used to lose clumps of hair every wash but I can literally count the strands now because there is hardly any!! My hair is getting thicker, feeling better and I have so many compliments about how healthy my hair looks. Love it!

Turned my hair to straw – I bought this product after hearing success stories from my friends however I quickly found that it did not agree with my hair. persevered and after realising I my hair type fell into the latter I contacted them again only to be told that I was outside of my refund period. My hair literally looked the exact opposite to their before and after pictures. Buyer beware, if you find this product does not work for you do not persevere get your refund straight away.

Horrible – I used this conditioner, and my hair became dry and thin. There is no boost there at all. Plus, I contacted customer service to see if they would take the product back, but they have replied.
