Woeful – Waited, waited, waited and waited for delivery, with no communication from them. Eventually gave up, then it miraculously appeared 4 weeks later ! Although their prices wer cheaper, it was not worth the great stress.

Never received product or refund - total con do not buy! – Ordered $150 of pet food. Received a phony tracking number and never received food. Multiple phone calls and emails, reported to dept of fair trading, still no food or refund.

Petty thief - Do not support – Read all the reviews people. They all say the same thing as me. I paid for $100 bag of dog food plus delivery fee on this pet food website on 19 August 2018. Always first rate! – I have 3 dogs permanentlty and also breed on a small scale. I've been purchasing from Boomerang for a couple of years now, and find them to consistently offer great service, high class products and excellent service, together with reasonable pricing and prompt delivery. I've had occasion to ring with queries a couple of times and again have been very happy with the service received. Highly recommended.

Buyer Beware - Boomerang and DogFood.com.au are the same company – Just for those unaware - these two companies are run by the same trader. Both seem to be now out of business but are still accepting payments for products not shipped

Dry dog food – Do not order from this company. I paid $106 for a large bag of dry dog food I did not receive & customer did not reply to my emails or return my messages. I’m now having my bank investigate so I can get my money back.

Reported to ACCC so do not purchase from this seller it is a scam – As everyone else has reported, this crook is taking money and not delivering the goods. Do not purchase from Boomerang Pet Food!! – I placed an order on 4th July and followed up with emails, calls, voicemails and as of today 19th August have not received my order. Furthermore, I have not had an email reply, or been able to speak to anyone. I only wish I had read the reviews before placing mt order. They are a total rip off!!! Avoid!!!

Sadly they seem to have gone out of business without notifying customers – DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM - they're not operating, it seems. I used to order from them, got my order in always quickly, no problems. The last order, however, is pending for a month now and they don't respond to any contact. I have to assume they've gone out of business, maybe it was a one-man band and some sickness hit? In any case, I have to do a charge-back via the bank now to get my money back. Avoid the hassles.

THEFT – Spent $200 on dog food. Wont answer calls, say they will ship and lie about it. I see people ordering off them still. DONT! you wont see your money or product. They screen calls, and txting wont work. DONT BUY! They are taking money until they cant trade any more. They will be shut down, but until then, they are open for business. Ripping us OFF.

Order not delivered – Like all the other posts, i placed an order on 10 July 2018 and am still yet to receive it. Emails and calls went unanswered. I received a text message saying that they would resend the order on 23 July. Looks like these guys are just taking everyone's money before closing up.

Avoid like the plague – Large order of dog food not delivered. No response from this company to my emails. Thank God I bought through PayPal who refunded my purchase price.

Just to let you know if you like, Pet Circle sell a product called Fussy Cat and it is the exact same product as the Chandler and made by Chandler except it is packaged in bulk products. I buy everything from Pet Circle except the litter, but now I am going to order the bulk from Pet Circle. There is no worry with the supply so that can't be an excuse and I have received other items from other companies.

A suggestion to those who have not received their goods, ring the bank and put a dispute in about the company and ask them to recover your funds. I will do this if I have no response by Monday. I'd love to hear any updates or information or if someone has found an alternative phone number to call.

Someone mentioned a dodgy postal tracking number. Could I have more details on that too.

Never delivered – I paid for my items, received a 'tracking number' to a company that doesn't answer the phones and then it stated they delivered from nsw to adelaide same day but I never recieved my items. I've tried calling emailing and filling out the online form but nothing eventuates. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Have not received my order – I ordered 40 kgs of black hawk from them 2 weeks ago and it has not been delivered. This has happened before but I was able to contact the company and delivery occurred. Thieves – Nexgard ordered but never came even though Boomerang stated order completed. Delivery company was never contacted by Boomerang to pick up an item for me. Numerous phone calls to them but no answer and no return call received, can't leave a message now as the message bank is full. Reported to PayPal but now I have to wait. Ridiculous!! This is a dodgy seller. DO NOT USE!! I had to give one star for review but not worthy!! Should be 0 stars!!

Terrible service since 2018 – Great experience in the past (2016 + 2017), but terrible service since this year (2018). Delivery used to be the next day(s), but haven't heard nor seen anything for the last 4 weeks (second delayed order this year). Paid in full, order is never dispatched (according to freight agent) and absolutely no call backs/ responses to emails etc. What's happening Boomerang? I trusted you....

DO NOT USE – One star is too much. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Two weeks after order, confirmation from them and payment, nothing has arrived. The courier company has no record of it ever being despatched from their warehouse. Can't contact them by telephone and their email bounces. This is bordering on fraudulent. DO NOT USE this company if you do not want to lose your money.

DO NOT ORDER - as others have said, they don't deliver – I ordered over a month ago. Their tracking system confirmed delivery about 5 days after I ordered. Nothing has ever arrived. They will not answer emails or return calls. The phone number listed online has been discounnected.

I still only have three of the four items I ordered. I've called and e-mailed multiple times - no one answers or responds. Unfortunately have had to resort to lodging a PayPal dispute - hopefully I'll get my money back.

I lodged a complaint through Fair Trading NSW who stated that they too have exhausted every avenue to contact Boomerang. They wanted me to know that if they have sufficient complaints about Boomerang they can escalate proceedings against them. So if you have been wronged by NSW and hey owe you goods or money contact Fair Trading NSW asap

Took money - sent nothing! – I am horrified after 5 plus years as a customer.... this company has taken nearly $300 from me and sent nothing! They made up a bogus consignment from a courier company, sent me an email saying item shipped and then nothing!!! I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried emailing, phoning, facebooking and messaging!! NO RESPONSE!! I have now escalated to a dispute with PAYPAL... I am really disappointed that my loyalty has been betrayed.

Never purchase anything from Boomerang Pet Food – Order over $200 of pet food with this company over three weeks ago, no product was ever delivered. Their tracking system is completely false and fraudulently manipulated. They will not answer your emails, phone calls or texts when you attempt to contact them for your delivery or refund. They will take your money and disappear.

Crap crap and crap – Save yourself the hassle, do not use these guys. Lies and very poor customer service is what I received. Luckily after waiting 2 weeks and hassling every day and threatening to pick up from warehouse location I received my order for over $200. Their strategy seems to be: 1. Receive order 2. Produce a delivery tracking number from Hunter Express 3. Never call Hunter Express to pick up order Stay away!
