decides to fall apart. As a working mum, I simply do NOT have time for footwear-related dramas!

Here’s why I’m officially a Boomerangz loyalist now:

1. I snagged them at half price during the Black Friday sale (a win for me and my wallet).

2. The packaging is adorable — cute, funny, and clearly made by people who enjoy what they do.

3. I love supporting a brand that genuinely cares about the planet (and everything living on it).

4. The arch support is amazing. I’ve attached photos so you can admire it too.

5. I never realised that the dyes/materials in regular thongs could cause irritation for people with super-sensitive skin — but clearly, Boomerangz has cracked the code.

6. I’ve worn them at the pool daily for 3–4 hours, and they handle chlorine like absolute champions.

I live on an island in the British Channel, Jersey is a crown dependency, not in Europe and not part of the UK, so when we order products off the internet we have trouble having them posted as some businesses will not post. flops. So duly investigated and decided to buy a pair, remember these guys are Australia based, a long way from home. So order in, no issues until an email arrived from Brad Munro ( Chief Flip Flop Officer) I love this it’s brilliant. So the email states that as many times before businesses are unable to post to my tiny island of Jersey, so politely I explained all the hassle we have regarding postage even from businesses in the UK only 154 miles away. Now any other company like they do on a regular basis is apologise and refund the cost , I do have another 3rd party address which I have to use in situations like this to have them sent through the UK. Now this is where customer support comes in, Brad the CFFO, said to me hang on I will go down to the local post office and see what is going on. This morning I received an email from Brad with details of postage directly to my home address in Jersey, now this act of kindness is so overwhelming that he would go above and beyond to make sure 1 customer who lives 10,231 miles away gets his boomerangz flip flops. Once I have received them I will do a photo shoot around the island with my boomerangz flip flops on. Absolutely brilliant customer service and have to say personal service from the CFFO Brad Munro, thanks pal.

My straps broke on my Boomerangz Thongs after what I think is 5 years!! I have honestly been so impressed with these thongs. Not only did I get replacement straps (for free) but decided on purchasing a new pair and getting one for the missus too. Great product. Show reply

From online order to fast delivery, everything was great. I didn't take the time to read the website correctly and ordered the size 10/11. Website states if on the 11 side to probably go up a size. and swapped the custom 10/11 straps into my size 12 thongs for a perfect fit. Highly reccommend supporting a Aussie business. Absoluetly great service and comfortable product.

No video, just a comment. The thongs I bought were 7-9 size unisex. I have a small mens foot size of 7. These thongs are very uncomfortable and have left permanent marks and stains on the top of my foot from the signage. The fact that they are designed and owned here in Australia does not mean they are well made. (In China). Great idea but I will not be recommending them until things can be improved. Show details

I am a tall person and take a large shoe/thong. I specifically emailed them to get the measurements of their new size 15s as they aren't in the sizing chart as yet. emailed them with the issue and was told the one they measured was the width stated and sent a photo which showed this. I then responded with a photo showing what I had. I was told I could return them if I wanted for a refund which is fine except I'll still be out of pocket for the postage through no fault of my own and still have no thongs.

No good – Bought a pair of size 12. Base fits perfectly but they came with size 14 'universal straps' so feet slide aroud everywhere. Asked for a refund or replacement straps at their cost and was told "stop being a cry baby" A poor fitting product and terrible customer service. Show details

Fantastic thongs, the straps don't pull out (no busted pluggas), they fit great and the soles actually last! To the point that I even got a free set of straps after 2 years no questions asked because my old strap broke. Just had to pay postage. It's bloody awesome! I love my Boomerangz and couldn’t be happier. I guess to give context I am in an office role but wear them daily, and can’t fault them, far better than the competitors to be honest. Four years later, no strap replacements required, and they were still going strong… until my partner borrowed them and finally killed them. I grabbed a “temporary” pair of Havianas and surprise, blew the toe strap in under 10 months.

Honestly, the best and only thongs you’ll ever need. Three years on and still going strong!
