Worst customer service ever. My tracking number was generated a full week before it was even shipped and they kept just telling me it was on the way. Many false promises to check on the order or resend the order and they just kept repeating the same message. They have one customer service person working offshore that only replies in the evening… Read more

Quality is ok but I would definitely refrain from ordering especially if your order is time sensitive

Where is my order??? Impossible to get in contact with! * No one answers the phone. * 31 a'beckett street melbourne vic 3000" that was listed on their google business page is a "virtual office" and no one there has heard of Boozies ever being there. * No response from email. Tracking number showing "label created by sender" over 4 weeks ago! What a waste time and money!

I purchased what I thought would be 20 quality stubbie holders from Boozies paying for the best quality- on delivery I found the holder to be short in height and not a standard height compared to all my other holders- they were also made of flimsy and cheap material - would never use them again.

The stubby colour is much duller than shown/ described, the stitching is messy and doesn't match the product colour, and a number of them don't sit flat because the base has been glued badly. Very much regret my purchase!

Stay away!! Very bad quality stubby holder- print was smudged and was stuck together terribly. After 1 month and 15 emails i still never got a refund. The response from [Name Removed] was asking for photos over and over again even though I sent them through many times. Do not order from them!

Easy peasy! – Ordering was so easy and received within 9 days! Very happy with them. I ordered 50 for my wedding. Wedding isn’t until nov 2025.. so glad that’s one thing ticked off my list that was pain free!

we were later informed of a delay, meaning the product would not arrive as promised.

What was most disappointing was the lack of communication once this delay was raised. We followed up with the company on three separate occasions prior to the scheduled delivery date and received no response. Communication ceased entirely once it became clear the timeline would not be met.

It has now been over three weeks, and there has still been no acknowledgement or correspondence from Boozies. The product eventually arrived after our event had passed, rendering the purchase unnecessary. While delays can sometimes occur, the absence of timely communication and follow-up once concerns were raised was highly disappointing and unprofessional.

Clear, responsive communication is essential, particularly when commitments cannot be met, and this experience did not reflect a collaborative or customer-focused approach.

that's what I got. No offer to fix it, no offer of a refund, just basically too bad. Would definitely go some somewhere else for the money you are going to spend.

priority order - still took longer than their standard advertised turn-around time. The print was faded on a number of the items as they came out of the box, and others faded after being used for a couple of hours. I ordered blue stubby holders as the base colour before printing - I got white !!!!! Will never deal with them again and would not recommend them. Stressful process throughout and communication is very average. I doubt very much that you would be dealing with someone in Australia - any communication I was able to receive was sent late at night

redo based on rush order time frame they gave me an excuse about production being too busy. When I stated that I wanted proof of my order had been despatched they cancelled my order. Clearly my order was too small and their care factor was zero. Luckily another Company came to the rescue with minimal time to produce and got my order to me. Better quality and better price. Do yourself a favour don’t bother with Boozies.

DON’T DO IT! STAY AWAY! I ordered from this “company” over a month ago. The WORST customer service EVER! They are happy to take your money but it ends there! They don’t answer any messages or emails. They claim to be an Australian company but they are not! Save your money because it’s going to China! And you won’t receive your items.

SCAM!! Go elsewhere and don’t support with non Australian company. Emails and messages not responded too, fake tracking numbers, terrible customer service. They’re not messaging customers they have scammed to take down reviews. Order from another website and save your money.

The worst service! Waited and waited for my stubby holders (still waiting) and was given 3 x different tracking numbers and multiple excuses later, Boozie’s were stating they overlooked our order TWICE. After emailing and messaging their social media accounts and leaving comments, they finally sent a tracking number over 6 weeks later. They are now begging me to delete my comments. Watch out, they also delete negative comments

delivered which was untrue, they then said they would look into tracking and get back to me 'shortly' on Monday I followed them up and they sent a tracking link. The tracking shows the order is 'Pending' meaning they printed a label to appease me but didn't ship the order. I have followed up multiple times since then and was eventually sent a photo of 1 of my 12 coolers on the floor next to the shipping label - proving they hadn't even packed it for delivery yet. I have now had to find another company and pay a rush order fee with them to get wedding favours and I don't have a reply, product or a refund from Boozies. Avoid completely, they seems to have gone massively down hill in the last few months based on other reviews.

Instagram posts just to get a response. When they finally replied, they told me my order had been shipped and provided a tracking number only after I chased multiple times.

When I checked with AusPost, I discovered the tracking number was for a completely different state and had nothing to do with me. After more chasing, they eventually admitted my order hadn’t even been made, let alone shipped.

This whole experience has been shocking and incredibly stressful. To add to this, they advertise as an “Aussie business,” but the products are made in China. I personally wouldn’t have minded if they had just been upfront about it — but the dishonesty, lack of communication, and false guarantees are unacceptable.

Absolutely appalling service. I feel scammed and would strongly advise others to avoid this business at all costs.

Silver lining - my refund is now being processed after MULTIPLE emails threatening to take it further as I believe they weren’t even going to. I’d be shocked to see the number of people that just don’t worry about it because they can’t be bothered to fight when they don’t get replies.

Fraudulent company not even in Australia, my daughter paid over $300 for wedding favours never arrived....lied about shipping them, refuse to give refund, wont reply!! gave a false tracking number, liers and scammers!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

We placed an order to make stubby coolers for my husband's wake on a Sunday night, we needed them delivered latest Friday. On Wednesday afternoon, we realised that we hadn't heard from them. We tried to call, the message bank was full we couldn't leave a message. We tried all options..... we then got told on Thursday 'Sorry, we missed your order'. We did get a refund, this caused our grieving family immense distress.

The team were very communicative. I love my personalised design. My order reached me within 3 weeks (I did pay for priority and I live in a semi-remote location. Mail can take months.) I am very satisfied with my purchase.

They provided a tracking number saying it may not be activated straight away. ANOTHER week, still nothing, checked the tracking number and it says it doesn’t exist. Basically scammed out of $400 at a stressful time leading up to my wedding now left with no gifts for our guests and only 2 weeks to find something else. Should’ve read the reviews!

service (delivered within 12 days). 15 days went by and I hadn’t heard anything, so I emailed to check on the status, to which Nora said they couldn’t find my order. I forwarded the order confirmation I received 15 days prior, and she advised they now wouldn’t be able to make the deadline of my event. No apology or accountability for their mistake. They did at least process my refund immediately once I requested it. IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR CUSTOM STUBBY HOLDERS, go straight to MR STUBBY, I called them with just over a week before my event and shared my predicament. They were nothing short of amazing and got my order to me in 6 days! Don’t waste your time on Boozie’s.

0/10 - Do not recommend – Ordered and proof approved instantly. Got tracking details and then the box sat with the sender for a whole week before they did anything about it. They didn't send it until I followed up and by that point, it didn't make it in time for the event and it didnt leave any time to sort an alternative. When asked, they blamed the delivery company for the delay. No accountability. Not a good experience. Won't go back again.

Avoid at all cost – Ordered over 3 weeks ago, multiple phone calls and emails with little to no response. Blamed us than when we had proof blamed aus post for not sending after two phone calls to Aus post they confirmed they had received nothing. Avoid this company as it’s a fraud. Who offer no refunand block you. Just go directly to accc and report their social media.

Stay away – Would stay away from this company. Ordered 85 stubbie holders for my wedding, they arrived with glue all over the bottoms and over the white stubbie holders. Started with getting replies then nothing, no refund no discount and no replies.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE – I ordered 55 stubbie coolers from boozies for my wedding. They all arrived faulty (the bottoms falling out). I've tried to email, originally they replied offering a discount on my next order and when I said no this is faulty, I would like a refund, they begun ghosting me and not replying to any of my emails. I'm at a loss as my wedding is in 8 weeks and I am out of pocket $275 and no stubby coolers :(
