They give a link www.borderexpress.com.au/Contactus which goes to "404 Page not found" Says it all, they do all they can to prevent you contacting them in a hurry. Our courier arrived and the package was nowhere to be found, despite e-mail and telephone confirmation that it would be waiting for collection.
Please use anyone else, it's not worth the stress.

period, I have found drivers are friendly and pretty much punctual. I have never found any courier company to be on time all the time & fully understand. I recently had to use another courier to freight to Sydney from Melbourne & they have lost 8 cartons value $1300 my first loss for many years, I paid the price now back to Border Express. We ship a lot of cartons 98% interstate so I need a safe, reliable company to handle our goods & as mentioned the freight is included with our goods. Whoever you use & happy with stick with them, but if you have trouble with a freight issue it is how they handle your problem& how quickly it is sorted, that is when you know if you have a good courier company! That is my 2 bobs worth! I book thru Kaboom Logistics based in Melbourne.

days and then have the whole process fall over just 5 metres from my front door blows my mind. I don't know whether Border Express are hiring lazy idiots for local deliveries or the drivers are under too much pressure from management but, either way, the service is pitiful and stupidly inefficient. All that is needed is to ring a doorbell (or take 2 minutes to make a phone call if the drivers are not prepared to open a gate for fear of dogs) but no, drivers would prefer to make a major inconvenience for customers rather than a minor inconvenience for themselves. This is not the service we are paying for. Border Express you need to do better.
These people couldn't organize a beer in a brewery. They have just delivered my order to the units 2 doors up after coming into my retirement village and arbitrarily deciding that it must be the wrong address! This company should not be in the courier business. I am appalled at their service. The parcel was 3days late. It was sent as "urgent" by the sender. During this time, I couldn't contact them unless I was willing to go round in circles with their phone bot. Absolute disgrace of a courier company . Paid 100$ express post for some urgent car parts. Took 14 business days to get to my door even though it was in Brisbane within 3 days . Had to call cistomer support on multiple occasions and was lied to saying it was on board with driver even though it hadn't been scanned on . parcels would be arriving no later than the 23rd July. When my items still had not arrived on the 28th July, even though tracking had them still at Underwood, I contacted this courier service only to be told that whilst the the deliveries were still at Underwood, they wouldn't be delivered until the following day as it was too late to have them sent out that day. I then told them that this service was unacceptable and the products ordered were for my business to which I was told (in a very monotone and practised way) that they were sorry for the inconvenience. The next day 29th July, at approximately 4.50pm, a courier attended my address and told me that he had one of my cartons and could not tell me where the other one was. I subsequently contacted Border Express again asking where the other parcel was only to sent an email stating " we are following up on the 2nd item and when we have details to provide , we will respond back to you then". I then received an email on the 30th July stating " We have been in communication with the account regarding this final carton. At this time we must now direct you back to them for further assistance regarding this". I then sent an email which I thought was pretty simple asking as to if my other item had been damaged or broken to which I once again received their standard line of contact your supplier. So, I did" And surprise surprise, yes, the supplier confirmed that my other package had been broken. So well done Border Express. Not only are you bloody hopeless with getting my delivery to its location safely, you can't even address when you have made a mistake. I have instructed the sender that in further dealings to not use your service as you leave items sitting in your warehouse for longer than is needed, you don't answer simple questions about a customer's products and then when accidents happen and things are broken you don't put up your hand and be honest with the customer. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

I work in logistics and our go-to courier is Team Global Express (formerly Toll), where even a five day lead time from Victoria would be considered excessive. If I could leave less than a one-star review I would, and I would strongly recommend avoiding Border Express like the plague.

is a 100% fail rate! Yes the products did arrive and in good condition, but a week late! If you have the time available they may be good but if you need something delivered fast I would stay well clear of them.
