Hmm OK at first – OK so at first this vacuum was amazing never had a vacuum with so much suction but after a few months it lost suction it is very quiet but not easy to steer and also the cord has jammed so can't use full length of the cord anymore and it was short to begin with Show details
Unless you are extremely patient, don't buy this vacuum. I hate it! – It actually isn't a bad vacuum in terms of suction but where it fails miserably is with the auto power cord retraction. I HATE it. I am busy trying to clean the house and when the cord catches on the slightest thing, a table leg, the couch, pretty much anything, it auto retracts and pulls the plug out of the socket. So I then have to go and pull… Read more
the cord out again, plug it back in.....I bought the extended product warranty so am stuck with this lemon for another 2 years at least! Takes soo much longer to do the weekly clean as constantly having to go and plug it in again. Thank goodness it is discontinued!
Ordinary – I went to buy a vacuum cleaner and knew exactly what I wanted, the salesman talked me around to this one and I have regretted ever since. The dust catcher fills quickly as it's quite small and it's quite difficult to empty as the dust and hair gets caught in the filter so you need to take the filter apart nearly every time it's emptied so it will… Read more
suck properly. The vaccy does have a strong suction when it's going well though and a really long cord.

Great vacuum – Great vacuum, with very powerful suction, good for carpets. The power cord retraction broke recently but it got fixed. Bosch customer service team was also very helpful. I just wish it had handles on the sides as it is quite heavy but other than that we are happy with it. Show details · 1
Worst Vac I have ever owned – I bought this vac from Harvey Norman 2 years ago. I hated it so much I tried to take it back and swap it for a Dyson and pay the extra after having it for just one week. They refused to swap it and basically told me I was using it wrong. The filters clog up every couple of minutes and it stops working. Also this vac is so stiff in all of its… Read more
moving parts that I find it impossible to get the bagless container out to empty it, clean the filters or get the vac head off to suction crevices. I have to rely on my husband to use the brute strength that is required to do it for me. This is very inconvenient when he is at work. I wish I had written this review at the beginning.
Best vacuum – Previous vacuum was an LG Follow Me, which was awesome but died. Under the extended warranty we brought, we got this as a replacement. It's quiet, the bags last forever, I can vacuum while on the phone or while the kids are in bed and we vacuum every day sometimes twice a day. There are 5 people in my house, along with 2 dogs, 2 guinea pigs and 2 house chickens. Show details · 1
High maintenance/ terrible suction – I brought this vacuum last year, was going to buy a Dyson but the sales rep gave 5 stars to the runn pro silence, I seriously doubt he'd ever actually used it. Every second week I have to wash the filter on the top and clear the one above the dust collector, trying to get the dust collector out is a mission in itself even with clean filters and an… Read more
empty dust collector it will still only vacuum half the house before loosing power. Not a bit household one adult and two miniature schnauzers (they don't shed). My $100 vacuum cleaner brought at target lasted 5 years this this due for replacement after 6 months. First & last Bosch product I will buy, I definitely regret not spending a bit more for a Dyson.

Pro silence 68-very frustrating – Hi there. we have a pro silence 68 that has plenty of suction. Only problem is that when pushing in a forward motion it leaves all the lint on the carpet forcing you to have to pull backwards over it to remove it. I end up having to vacuum the carpets in a reverse motion. Any comments would be welcome. Show details

Worth vacuum I've owned – I have never sworn so many times in my life just trying to vacuum my house... The filters have been cleaned over and over again but it still stops every minute or so and now the suction isn't working. I use mainly on tiles and I have no pets inside the house. Yes it's quiet and that's great when you have small sleeping children but it takes 10… Read more
times longer to vacuum when you have to stop every few minutes. Wouldn't buy again or recommend to anyone. I've had it since March and it's just getting worse, time for a new vacuum.

Hopeless – Extremely disappointed and frustrated with this vacuum cleaner. I've been vacuuming for the last 20 minutes and in that time have had to check and clean the filters 5 times. We don't have carpet, only polished floorboards and our house is 114 years old and gets very dusty. The machine cannot handle the dust; the machine shuts down after 2… Read more
minutes vacuuming. Filters are then duly cleaned, hoses checked and machine turned on again. Sounds like it's sucking, then shuts down again after 2 minutes. Filters checked and cleaned again, and on and on and on. It is very quiet, yes, but IT DOESN'T SUCK WITHOUT CLOGGING. Our house does get dusty, yes, but surely a premium brand such as Bosch should be able to handle dust! I'm not trying to suck up large chunks of wood or coal, just everyday DUST! I purchased it from Harvey Norman after recommendations from the salesman but now wish I had not listened to him and bought another brand.

Very quiet and good suction – Got this vacuum cleaner today. So far very happy with that. Good suction with low noise, it does not make more noise than a hair dryer. It took me very less time to get my place cleaned up and I finally felt so relieved to have carpet vacuumed. This is bagless product and the dust container seems easy to be cleaned than my previous one as well. Show reply
Heavy and awkward – This is a very heavy and hard to maneuvre machine. Carpet usage is difficult and ineffective. Very awkward and not user friendly. Would NOT recommend and am very disappointed after Harvey Normans big sell. I will not be able to continue with the use of this VC. so total waste of money and time.

I actually like it – After buying my machine, I was a bit anxious because of the negative reviews and I disagree! It is quiet, my old vac at max power sounded like a plane's engine at take off and in comparison it's much quieter. It doesn't seem to phase my toddler or our pets. We live in am apartment with laminate floors and get a lot of fine black dust, I just use… Read more · 1
the main head on a setting a between max and carpet and it does the trick, it really picks up and I can tell the difference during my mopping as the water isn't as dirty! It does a great job on carpets too. The dust cannister is nice and big, I can go a couple of vacs before emptying it out. I never have an issue of dust coming out when I take it out of the vac. I've not had a problem with the cord retracting while in use and actually find the cable can stretch most of my apartment which is great. It cleans so I'm happy.

Brilliant vacuum love it – Have had this vacuum for 2.5 years it has been the best vacuum I've owned but it also should be as I paid $650 for it. My only problem is I have just phoned up as the cord no longer retracts and it is out of warranty :( I was asked if I had done home reno or live in dusty area as that may have done it, no I haven't but seriously what house… Read more · 1
doesn't have dust. There doesn't seem to be a way to open it easily to look either and someone else would no doubt cost a fortune to repair. Oh well looks like I'm wrapping the cord around the handle from now on. The only other thing is there is no brush attachment which is annoying.
Good Motor, Expensive Filters, Not Really Silent – The Pro Silence thing means you need to reduce the suction power to the smallest level, and if any vacuum cleaner's suction has been reduced to that level, they could all work quietly. This vacuum cleaner does lose suction, but the auto clean function, would fix the problem a bit automatically. The bin looks like Dyson's except it got a whole in… Read more

It's good but be careful! – Purchased 6 weeks ago. Sales rep in Harvey Norman talked it up and showed us a demo with a Bosch rep present. Seemed to be what we were looking for. If you are fine with changing settings and heads throughout one regular house clean and you don't mind your ears ringing for a while after you set it to max speed to pick up stubborn particles then… Read more
you will love it! It does a great job on carpets but I do find I have to use a bit of force to push through the suction. It's a work out for the arms! I have laminate flooring and have used the suitable head- disappointed in the result and I find I have to use the small brush nozzle and spend an hour going over every inch if I want a thorough clean.
I expected it to be a bit more user friendly. The hose is thick and stiff so although it can't kink which is good, I find I have to regularly tug on it to pull the machine along with me. The thing I find most disappointing is the sensor in regards to the power cord retracting back in to the machine. If you have the cord fully extended (not long enough) and make a slight wrong move, even with the machine on, it retracts back in. This scared the living daylights out of me and you won't want children or pets around as the cord ripped out of the wall and smacked my ankle as it was retracting in. I much rather prefer for it to retract when I say so and not when the sensor does! Cleans carpets well The sensor/retractable power cord

brilliant vac! – We recently upgraded to a larger place and needed a vac with more grunt and durability. Having looked into the ever popular dyson range and not been "wowed", we came across the BOSCH Roxx'x. This vacuum will suck your face from your skull at max power. We only use half power for the carpets, which is ample for lifting animal hair. A fantastic… Read more
vacuum. It is a bit bulky which I would say is its only downfall as stairs become tricky amazing suction, fantastic build quality
This is by far the best vacuum I have ever owned – I purchased my Bosch Roxx´x All Rounder vacuum cleaner 14 months ago from the Kambo's Superstore in Malaga. It only cost me $270 I was fed up with my cheap vacuum cleaner that had no suction and wanted to purchase a quality machine. I first looked at the Dyson but I was disappointed with the flimsy design of the carry handle. I then looked at… Read more · 1
the Miele S 5211 that had great reviews for performance but the replacement bags were expensive. I then decided to buy a Bosch that was bag less.
The Bosch Roxx´x All Rounder is the best vacuum cleaner I have ever owned. The suction from this vacuum cleaner was pulling my carpet from the floor when I had it set on full power. I like the Electronic variable suction control and I also like how the accessories are integrated into the unit. The two accessories are neatly hidden behind a spring loaded hinged door.
There is a few cons with this vacuum cleaner that may not suit everyone. The Bosch Roxx´x All Rounder is a little heavy so I would not recommend it to older people or people who live in multi level homes. This vacuum generates heat and it noticeably warms up the room when in use. The dust bin is a little complicated to use at first but once you figure it out it is very easy to empty.
This is by far the best vacuum cleaner I have ever used. It's perfect for my needs. I am very happy with this product. Strong suction, integrated accessories, variable suction control It's a little bit heavy, generates heat when in use
Excellent performance and build quality – After extensive research and window shopping I settled on the Bosch G62 (6220AU). Firstly, the Bosch is extremely well-made, it has the typical German touch of construction to it (although manufactured in China). It is heavy and large in comparison to other brands, so dragging it on carpet may be an issue but on hard floors its weight isn't an… Read more
issue.
The unit is powered by a 2200w motor although power intake isn't that crucial as lower power units perform as well. What is important is the design of intake and outlet so air flow is maximal - this unit will suck your hand in at nozzle with force and I'd suggest 1/2 power is sufficient. Even after small jaunts, it collects plenty of dust and dirt. Once you figure out working the bin unit it is actually very easy and clean process - much better than my old Samsung bag less which left dust everywhere. I can empty this vacuum inside the house with no issues and no dust.
The vacuum has lifetime HEPA filters and a self-clean function but I haven't used that yet. I have compared this to my parent's Dyson and it is much more powerful suction. The Dyson felt flimsy and the fluoro plastics felt a bit brittle, almost toy-like. The Electrolux are very unreliable based on reviews and user experiences. The Bosch vacuums are harder to find but the UK's equivalent to Choice (Which) rated this highly and recommended it.
I believe this is a standout bagless vacuum, if you can get this unit under $380 it offers superb performance at a much more affordable price than Dyson - the RRP is $599 but haggle should get you below $380 easily. Might give update in 12mths time for reliability and durability. suction, design, build quality heavy, hard to find
Great Machine – Love this machine. Had an old meile before and thought it did a good job with a power head. The dust that came out of the carpet with this one was incredible. I have high low carpet and have always used a turbo head, this shows what great suction the bosch has. The handle for lifting the machine is great. Its easy to empty. I've now had the… Read more
bosch for about 3 months and still love it. Great manouverability, easy empty, not very noisy, great suction. No suction control on the hose, cord can rewind if too extended.
I love it! – This vacuum is awesome, so quiet and great suction even on only half suction power. You can adjust the suction yourself which I love. The hard floor attachment is fantastic on my solid timber floors picking up crumbs, dust etc. with ease. The carpet head is great also and the suction is amazing which is great as I have a bad back and don't need… Read more
to lean down too much.
It's nice and quiet so doesn't annoy the kids much when I quickly run around the kitchen and living area. The self clean filter is good and it's easy to empty. Also the big handle makes it easy to lift.
The only issues I've had with it is the retractable cord that sometimes retracts on its own because it's not a push button retract but a pull cord retract. Also the power cord is not terribly long.
Overall, I'm very happy with this vacuum. Suction, easy to move about. Retractable cord retracts too easily when cord is stretched.
Amazing – I love this vac, after checking out reviews for bagless vacs this one sounded good, the next day went out to the local Harvey Norman and bought one. So far it has been excellent the suction is wonderful will get all the dog hair out of the carpet with ease, love the fact you can empty out the barrel after each use and don't have any muck left in… Read more · 2
it and no nasty smells due to the great filters it has.
Only down side is it does not come with a small brush attachment for around skirting and ceiling cornices but does have other attachments included in a neat compartment.
All in all a great vac, really pleased i did buy one. Super variable suction No brush attachment

Amazing! – This is the best vacuum cleaner I have seen! After using all the usual suspects (dyson, etc) I tried this at a friend of ours, and was blown away! It is so good at picking things up and it is so quite it's amazing. that dusty-smell at bay. Best pickup, quiet, good filter, great size, easy to clean, light, great price
Love this vacuum cleaner – This is the best vacuum cleaner I have ever owned, the suction is unbelievable, it is easy to clean and remove barrel, my carpets are the cleanest they have ever been. When I first used it on my carpets I was blow away by the fine dirt it picked up and the pet hair. I have used Dysons before and compered to a bosch, they are pathetic, overall it a brilliant cleaner. Easy barrel removal, light weight , fantastic suction, just a great all rounder
Amazing vacuum. Great value for $$$$ – Had a vac which was hopeless on my hard floors. Went into shop looking for a replacement. Highly recommend Bosch vacuum cleaners to anyone after a new vac. The suction… Read more

Roxx'x All Rounder BGS6220AU – Wow! The suction is amazing! I havent exceeded 3/4 suction either and am inlove with this! I never considered a Bosch before the sales lady told me about it after she had just had training. shouldnt pull it along by the hose). My last vaccum was a Bissell All rounder and tho I loved that when I got it, it was a pain to use, to add water to the tank, empty and wash etc etc... This Bosch Vaccum cleans better, has more powerful suction and is much easier to use! I love this machine, will reccommend to anyone. In saying this, I have only just bought the machine, so lets see how the suctions goes after I've had it a while :) Easy to use, strong suction, ***** The only thing I could fault would be that it could have an inbuilt crevice tool in the hose like other brands I had looked at.
Great all round job, quiet performance – I've had this for over 6 months now and I still enjoy using it. Easy to adjust suction flow, head changing and cleaning. Can see that it is well designed and it simply does what it should. Has some good design features built into it and got a good deal on it when I bought it. Very easy to clean, powerful, quiet The actual vacuum tube feels a… Read more
little flimsy, doesn't affect performance though. Small wheels make it a little bit hard to roll when pulling over carpet, but not too bad
At last able to provide Good Feed Back – This is probably the best vac I have had, Previously spent $1000.00+ on a Wherhein and it was useless. Rollers on the Turbo head got clogged with pet hair. If you used the head without the turbo it would not suck the fluff off a dandelion! It finally blew up (while using it) 2 years after I bought it. Through it in the bin and went searching for… Read more
a replacement. I looked on Choice website and they rated this vac extremely high for pet hair rremoval. Best result ever - great suction, easy to use on carpet and tiles and got the turbo head for upholstery and that is fabulous - love it to bits. A joy to use! Easy to empty the dirt canister - self cleaning - it actually does what it says it does! The hose clip for easy storage etc.. Excellent energy rating. Is quite loud when up on full strength suction but mor than happy to put up with it as it gives the results. Cord does not always retract on firs pull.
