Our lounge is about 10 years old and in good condition but the gas strut in the chaise needs to be replaced, does anyone know where I can get a new one
You may be able to have the gas in the strut recharged. Google it.
Anyone have a tag still on their couch for the cleaning instructions. I need to steam clean mine but unsure of what cleaning chemicals I can use on it and not stain it.
Is the Bourbon lounge suitable for pets. Is the fabric quite hardy and is it easy to clean? We have two small dogs.
I’ve had mine for about a year now and I’ve got a corgi and blue heeler who both shed a lot. The couch is easy to vacuum and comes up looking good. My corgi dribbles so there are a couple of small stains but not very noticeable and I think I could just give it a steam clean or even a spot clean and it would be good.

Can someone explain to me why this lounge has increased in value was 1999 and now it's over 4000 and it's not even leather what's it made of gold many bad reviews
I can't believe how many bad reviews, it's a shame because it is comfy but seems like from all these reviews it's just a price of shit

Around $3,000 but that was a few years ago. It is advertised as $4,000 now but you should be able to bargain them down a bit.

Lift on one side and pull back.... they all click in.... starting from the console always seems easier

Sue C. I wanted a brown, ended up with Slate also comes in Sultana, when I had sofa assembled it had many faults, they were very good at replacing it but I was told it only came in Slate, take a picture if you want what your asked for.
I’m currently moving and need to know if I can remove the backs out of the recliners as the lounges do not fit through my door can anybody help me as to how I can take them back off?

They slot in......you have to jam them down really hard....kind.
You have to click it in so the little bit sticking out pops through the hole

I know your post was in 2013 but hey ho lol. The charcoal modular is $2999 and the brown modular is on special at the moment for* $1999.* I just purchased the charcoal for $2500 inc delivery. I Will report back on the sofa in a couple of months when Iv had time to test it.

Stitching coming undone in a few places on mine and back of recliner is broken.... Going to get another lounge!!.
