Rang ahead to see if this is a participating outlet for the BP Rewards 6c/litre discount. The guy yelled "I don't know alright-" and vefore I could ask "well do you scan the BP cards at all" he hung up while I was midsentence. I'll go to the Coles station. Same starting price and a definite 4c off whereas that one could be nothing, and who'd want to guve him business now anyway.
bp Dromana vic. We are farmers we fuel Diesel 2x 20 lt contaners. We put the hand piece fully in and this gives us 19 lt per 20 lt jerry can. Fueled up tgoday at the Dromana BP. 2 Jerry cans had 45.9 lt. Now we usually fuel at hasting with the same cans and the same process. The two would come in at 38 lt. so BP Dromana have an issue with their… Read more
pumps to the tune of 7 lt, you are paying for that you are not getting. At $2.90 thats $20.30 you are paying for product you did not get/ thats .53c more per lt. so your really paying $3.43. Apparently it is self regulated by the operators and you can guess what happens. We thought BP would be good, but it is not..
just check it out and you will be see.
Subject: Formal Complaint: Refusal of Service and Potential Discriminatory Conduct at BP Kingston, Tasmania Avoid this BP at night! Staff member Fawaz refused to sell me water or food through the window. He wouldn't even tell me the price or what was available. Extremely rude, arrogant, and told me to 'remember his name' while refusing to help. Worst service I've seen in 20 years in Australia. 1 star is too much. Show details

How do you update your terrible APP and make it worse?? My local outlet is wonderful, people there are amazing. I haven't decided whether this app or the original is worse yet. This one traps you on screens so you can't even scan your digital card so you don't get rewards or coffee card. If payment fails, trapped. Trapped meaning you have to uninstall and reinstall. Until they fix it, I'm not going back, too much time Show details
Bp NO pulse – States they offer 75kw. Actually offers 35kw when not sharing .. I assume it's lower when 2 vehicle share. Pity there isn't a NO STARS option. Show details
Lack of customer service – Have been a BP Plus customer for over 4 years on this personal account and 20 years on my business account. Have a $10K limit. Direct debit outstanding monthly account on credit card balance to $0. Somehow BP have managed to lock my account although there are sufficient funds/ credit available. customer service with no reply. Site's chat function does not link to a human, no contact emails or phone numbers on the site. Received an email stating I owe $1200, so I paid it on the site using my existing site credit card (who'd have guessed I could do that). Somehow the bill increased by $25 and I'm still locked out for $25 although I have a $10K limit and payment was always available to BP. My opinion is they do not care about a small player like me so they could not care about provideing any level of service. Bring on more vehicles with less reliance on fossil fuels :-)
Misleading and disappointing – If OTR is join combination with BP. I believed BP account holders discount should be accept in OTR stores. If not they shouldn't advertised big BP logos and boards in there stores. It's very disappointing and misleading. Even google serches coming BP fuel station with BP logo but then when you present your BP account holder discount they not accept it only because they are OTR store.

BP Blacksoil QLD - Thank you Kristy for giving 'good ol' fashioned Customer Service' today!! I left my motorbike gloves at the BP. Phoned from Toowoombwa to ask if they'd been handed in. I had an extremely frustrating experience at BP Clayton South Petroleum Station. I used the vacuum cleaner, which took $4 from me but did not work properly at all. It was a complete waste of money. The car wash experience was just as bad. I waited 20–30 minutes in line, only to find out when it was finally my turn that the car wash does not… Read more
accept online payment and only works with coins. This is unacceptable in 2026 and was not clearly displayed anywhere.
When I went inside to complain and asked for a coin, the staff refused to help unless I purchased an item first. After wasting both my time and money, this kind of service is completely unacceptable.
Poor management, outdated systems, and unhelpful staff. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place.
Warning! If you want to be abused by Nathan at the BP clyde North Branch go there late at night, about 4 weeks ago I had filled up four trucks I walked inside casually Nathan was there had said nothing and grab a drink in a casual fashion Nathan then yelled the top of his voice and looked at me and said are they your trucks I said yes I've just… Read more
got to pay for them, he then yelled at me in a aggressive manner, said that I should have told him I said Mate you didn't give me the chance, it's not like you can't see me outside, I was just coming to the counter, I said I would have told you, if you're giving me the chance, I said to him you've got a real attitude problem don't you, are very on edge of the time and always rude, Nathan then starts arguing with me saying I was the one that was rude and I should have told him, I said I wasn't rude and I'm the customer you can't yell at people like that, I just walked in a casual manner you're the one who went off at me, I said i'll speak to your manager tomorrow he goes go for your like and this is on camera I said yes that's right it's on camera, the next day I went into see Alyssa the manager on duty and told her what had happened she goes our ok I'll have a talk to Nathan and get back to you, about 2 weeks later I filled up two trucks again and saw Alyssa and she said she had to talk to Nathan and he understands that he did the wrong thing you know you do did nothing wrong there's also been other complaints from our staff made here about Nathan, but I'll have a talk to him, about week later I went in got some fuel as I was a regular customer at BP Clyde North went in every day in bought a coffee and ham and cheese pocket, I saw Alyssa and I said how had you go with Nathan she said yeah I had to talk with him and I looked at the footage and yeah he was out of line and he knows he did the wrong thing and he won't do it again, I said thats good to know because I didn't want to be abused again, about 2 weeks later I went in and filled up my car with fuel and Nathan was there I walked in he goes oh not you again gee lucky I told the manager about you she said you were in the wrong and I was in the right, I said what that's not what you she told me, I said you've got an attitude problem and I clearly on edge, I walked out the next day I went in to see Alyssa again and I was told she had resigned just after the incident, I then went in late at night around 3 weeks later and saw Alyssa there as a staff member, she said she was no longer a manager, when I walked in I said nothing grabbed a drink and just said just the drink, I wasn't going to bring it up or say anything, she said is everything alright i said fine she said are you sure, I said in a calm manner is there a reason why you told Nathan I was in the wrong and he was in the right? when he had to go at me first, she said you were both in the wrong, I said what that's not what you told me the first time he had a go at me, who is going to be happy with someone having a go at them for doing nothing, if a staff member abuse them, I said what that's not what you told me, I said what are you doing about Nathan she goes what we're doing about Nathan has nothing to do with you, I would like you to leave I said it for what for questioning me, I didn't even start the conversational or say anything I was just going to buy a drink, and there were other customers in the shop, I said it's a free country I'm allowed to ask a question please leave, just like that, well I said I want my drink, you can't have it I'll call the police, if you don't leave, she goes you can't have it, I was forced to leave, and had to buy a drink elsewhere, this management and staff are the rudest I've ever met at this store, they abuse you cover it up and then if you ask a question they ask you to leave, I have been going in this BP for a while with nothing even said or done about what they have done about staff member abusing a customer what happened to local customer service? It's clear this BP doesn't have any, if you want to be abused and treated like like dirt go to BP in clyde North.

Convenient location, but service is inconsistent. Staff often refuse to make coffee, usually saying the machine is not working or is being cleaned. This happens frequently enough to feel like an excuse rather than a one off issue. If you rely on grabbing a coffee, this place can be frustrating. BP rozelle nsw

horrible experience tonight with the charging station not disengaging. It was quite late and cold not feeling well. The attendant Stewart refused to provide any level of support. the call, the 3rd time, they simply did not answer. I was stuck there in the weather late at night feeling trapped and vulnerable with no support whatsoever. the attendant told me to just leave the car there and catch a taxi home - what a blood insult as he refused to move away from the register even though the place was totally deserted. this also happened to me once before back in February and again tonight I had no choice as I really needed to get some charge. Just wondering what the hell is going on with this company. Is it ok to leave customers trapped or forced to leave their cars overnight and catch taxis, feeling quite vulnerable
Tried their EV charger. After half an hour of trying different things, still couldn't get it to charge. Various issues including "loss of communication". Also, incredibly heavy & unwieldy cable. Have to be a professional weightlifter just to lift it & then a contortionist to get it into position.
Do not use the BP Plus app it has fatal flaws. Used the app to pay for fuel and received a receipt. Next thing I received a call from police saying I had driven off without paying. Staff at the site and head office would not assist It took ages and much evidence on my side to prove it was the fault of the app. Show details

BP Pulse (EV Charging) is sneaky because it adds a Location surcharge. They also debit $25 from your credit card even if you only spend $8 - you then have to wait days for the refund.

Went to the BP at Riverton WA to fuel up. The bowser pump was almost impossible to get started, then clicked off several times, before I could keep it running. Slowest pump fill ever. WOW!!! How bad can customer service be?? I filled up my car at BP Newenham at Mt Barker, SA on 4 April 2025 and ordered a ham and cheese toasted sandwich and a coffee with oat milk. bin without a word of apology and proceeded to make the coffee with oat milk. While she was making it, she eyed me and said you know you are eating a ham and cheese sandwich which has dairy in it. I replied to tell her I can eat cheese but not drink dairy milk (it has a very unpleasant physical affect on me!). I am not sure why she thought it was appropriate to question my dietary requirements????? She then handed me the coffee and very rudely told me that next time I ordered coffee to ask for the oat milk more slowly! I replied that I had asked for it THREE times. She was blaming me for HER mistake. What appalling behaviour. Well, I wont EVER go back into that service station again so she need not be concerned. DO BETTER BP, NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!
Had account at BP for 14 years, was alerted by them over the phone that they had found an error in invoicing 18 months prior. Was told I owed $500+ from 18 months ago and have 2 days to pay. what they were asking even though I wasn’t imagine. And then they forwarded my account to a debt collection company even though I had already made a payment and had a receipt from no conforming the payment. BP rewards cards discriminate against cash payments – As part of my AGL power account I was provided with a BP rewards card. After being refused at 2 BP service centres it was finally accepted a third one however that changed when I paid for my fuel with cash. Apparently these reward cards can only be used when paying on a credit card. This is clear discrimination against someone paying cash.
Will never go back there if the removal of LPG has really 6 – BP recently took over this service station and is immediately withdrawing the supply of auto lpg gas for cars as of 1st February 2025. This removes the second to last critical automotive lpg supply in this large and rapidly growing South Australian Regional City. Shame on you BP!!!!! I certainly won't be going there in future for petrol, (which we also use) or any other goods or services!!!
