Morgan the sales representative for Bradnams was extremely helpful in trying to source some replacement rollers for our doors and windows even though they weren't Bradnams and even followed up the next day promptly with an email helping us out. Excellent service! Show reply
Wow!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️ I experienced wonderful customer service from Lee-Anne at Newcastle store. ~ Thankyou! She was so knowledgeable of the product, good to deal with; plus patient & understanding of my concerns about our job. Confidently discussed the job nuances with our builder, & resolved any potential issues. Very happy to recommend Bradnams. Show reply
Absolute waste of time. Good service upfront once paid turned bad, no care, the person they sent out had no idea, then emails on constant excuses and delays. Then kept changing requirements then wanted to do a remeasure. Wait time blew out by weeks, in the end demanded refund. That was a hassle. Avoid at all costs. Extremely disappointing.

BRADNAMS windows and doord – I recently completed a million dollar renovation as an owner/builder to my house in Narrabeen. One of the major changes was replacing all the Mission Brown aluminium doors and windows. There was about 30 in all. I obtained a number of quotes including BRADNAMS. I ended up going with Bradnams for a few reasons. Firstly, Mitch Bulmer from BRADNAMS… Read more · 1
was my sales contact and his contribution was faultless. His knowledge of the products and the industry was excellent, and nothing was a problem. He visited the site a few times to ensure everything was on track. Secondly, the process of finalising exact window and door sizes is difficult but made much easier with Mitch’s help Thirdly, the bradnam product is excellent. Lastly, the final price was really reasonable.
Transformed The Space - Excellent Service – We were rebuilding a kitchen and chose two sets of louvred windows to maximise airflow. One was with energy efficient glass. The in-store service when we were choosing windows was attentive, informative and appreciated. The windows look absolutely fabulous and are a feature of the new kitchen space and definitely meet our expectations for airflow.… Read more · 1
It gives an indoor/outdoor feel. On install, we noticed a small chip and Bradnam's came and replaced the faulty panel without quibble. Recommend this company.

I absolutely do NOT recommend Bradnam’s for aluminium windows. The product they supplied for our new home looks terrible -poorly made and awful quality overall. Our architect, another builder and hundreds of people have commented that they look poorly made and that we should not accept them. Attatched are photos of what they supplied and what they… Read more
think looks fine. No help from them when expressing our dissatisfaction. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Our builder ordered aluminium windows from Bradnam’s and installed them in our new home. They look horrible - poorly made, large black filler gaskets and black rubber joins and cheaply put together. I do not recommend this company. They have been out to look at our window quality and claim that this is exactly what their product should look like.… Read more
They do not look like this on their website. They do not want to do anything to help. Do not use this company unless you want your windows to look like the attached photos. Our architect, other builders and countless people on social media have commented that these look terrible.

Poor experience with customer service - Point Cook Store – I feel Bradnam's Point Cook showed incredibly bad customer service when they applied PERMANANT motifs (white squares and rectangles) across the midline of our new glass doors and windows without confirming with us first. The pictures on the quote showed NO motifs. A representative at AGWA (Australian Glass and Window Association) confirmed with… Read more
me that STICKER motifs meet all the necessary safety standards for glaziers, so the fact that Bradnam's applied a permanent motif on our $8646 doors and windows without asking us first was unbelievable to us. The purchaser is not obliged to keep motifs on once installed and we wanted the option of being able to remove the motifs which interrupt our view. I told them I was not happy. They kept referring to safety standards, but what they are not acknowledging is that they could have met their safety standards with sticker motifs. Bradnam's say they offer exceptional customer service, but with such a high-value item, the least they could have done is confirm with us before applying a permanent motif.

A Badnams technician who knew what to do – To be honest, I bagged Bradnmans previously on this review site, I wish to retract that after the excellent service (and knowledgable) from Michael (Toowoomba Branch). We have had an ongoing problem with significant water inundation through window framework/tracks, to the extent, that we have to use every towel, sheet, or anything that would… Read more · 1
soak up the water, that poured through our south-facing windows, during a major storm. Micheal knew what he was doing, it took a bit of additional work to the windows and he provided more and larger weep holes. He tested all the repaired windows, to ensure the likelihood of the issues occurring again, was unlikely. He also repaired our front security door, which Bradnmans-once said, was not their problem Michael was friendly, polite, and most of all, knew what he was on about What more can I say, this time round, excellent customer service, and a job was done right Can supply proof of purchase, but means looking through all the house build file notes, Bradnmans has job notes on record, and Micheal had his "job paperwork", which had ours and the builders' names
Updated to "Fixed the issue with perfection" – Updated review: 30/10/2022 After a 'not so good' customer service experience, finally Bradnam attended the issue and replaced the shower cabins. I have to say, great workmanship and quality finish. I am leaving the earlier feedback below to understand the whole story. Keep up the good work & reputation. Not 5 star due to poor customer support.… Read more
Thanks! Cheers!
Terrible customer service!!! All my windows/showers/etc are Bradnam products as part of Metricon build in Brisbane QLD. It's 5 years old and the shower door won't close properly and can't be aligned. I have been chasing Bradnam shower cabin service at Boondall for the past couple of months, every time the response from Bradnam customer support is "oh my apologies! the service person will call you today to arrange an inspection", thats it and no one ever calls back!! Come on people, respect everyone's time! Appalling customer service! its one star because, there is no option for me to go lower!!

Bradnams customer service was extremely good & very helpful. Pointed out things that I hadn’t thought of. I’m still in the research stage but Bradnam’s is a strong contender. Would like it if their sliding stacker doors had a wider panel size to avoid having to go from a 3 panel up to a 4 panel set up. Show reply
Yes doors and windows are all good quality however the instructions for fly screen installation were written by either a newly graduated design student or some one very p--sed. Couldnt make head nor tail of it. A bag full of clips and screws might as well be the ninth wonder of the world .more frustrating than your intermittent trailer lights. Get the the little things right Bradnams. Show reply

Multiple issues with locking mechanism on both glass & security door. The door & all the issues have taken longer than our reno. No-one knows what's going on or who is doing what! Then I was contacted as a result of the is review - they asked for my details to call and discuss , which I stupidly provided as they never contacted me, and now goodness knows what’s happened to my details m.

August 2025 went to Townsville Bradnams showroom to get a quote for a shower screen. Bobby Fuller greeted us as soon as we entered the showroom and was extremely helpful with the many options comparable price, we ordered a Nood Signature Shower Screen. The product arrived on time and the installer was both professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend Bradnams. Show reply
Amazing after service! I had an obscure part for my 15 year old glass roller door break. I have been stressing over this as my local "doors" businesses were not able to help me at all. Poor after-sales service – As part of a new build, Bradnam’s Windows and Doors installed my windows, sliding doors, screens and safety doors. Unfortunately, the safety door to my laundry was not fitted correctly. Instead of being fitted directly onto the timber door frame, it was fitted to an aluminium frame (picture 1) which was installed over the timber door frame. The… Read more
safety door would not close properly or lock. In addition, the aluminium frame created in a gap between it and the brickwork (picture 2). It also pushed the safety door out beyond the door threshold resulting in a gap of 10 to 12 millimetres (picture3). This gap made the safety door ineffective as an insect screen. It took three (3) attempts by my builder to get Bradnam’s to send out an installation team to correct the door closing issue. When Bradnam’s finally attended the attitude of the team spokesman was condescending and left me the impression he did not believe there was anything wrong with the safety door, and that it was a waste of his time attending. His solution to the door not closing properly or locking was to put a plastic filler under the centre hinge. I asked why the safety door was not fitted directly to the timber door frame instead of putting it into an additional aluminium frame. I pointed out that the front door, which has the same door frame as the laundry was not fitted with an additional aluminium frame, that the safety door to the front was fitted directly to the timber door frame. He stated that “no two doors are alike” and “there could be a hundred reasons why the additional aluminium is necessary”. When pressed on what the reason is for my specific door, he stated that “I don’t know I didn’t install it, but there could be a hundred reasons why”. As he was leaving, he said “there’s no such thing as perfection you know”. His solution to the door closing and locking was temporary, the door would not close properly or lock unless it was slammed shut. Subsequently I contacted a local tradesman and had the aluminium frame removed and the safety door fitted to the timber door frame (picture 4). The safety door now closes and locks without any issue. Also, the safety door now closes over the door threshold (picture 5). The tradesman who refitted my laundry safety door was unable to say why the additional aluminium frame was installed, that it was totally unnecessary. In my opinion, while Bradnam’s make aesthetically appealing windows, door and screens, their installation and after-sales service fall short of the professional standard I expect of a company. I do not recommend Bradnam’s.
