Charging for returns? Bad form. Especially when you can a) do it yourself cheaper or no cost at all and b) spend so much money. Its not like the garments are exceptional quality and last a while. I ordered a beautiful light coloured dress and received something so horrendously bright it’s almost shocking. I reached out to return due to the clear false advertising, and I was told it’s due to the brightness on my phone (literally doesn’t make sense) and I was offered a discount code for my next order, yeah right. Complete refusal of return or refund. Save your money and don’t bother ordering from this company.

I am giving a 5⭐️ rating for Customer care specialist Bianca. She was so helpful in the return process for a dress that I recently purchased. She was prompt and so easy to talk to regarding the return and refund. Sad that the dress didn’t work out but i def have to give props when a company pass handles returns as well at purchasing. Nice clothes. But I didn’t like their return policy. They give you store credit which is very annoying. It’s very difficult to use your store credit when you don’t like any dress or accessories, but you still need to use it. I paid a total of $25 to return the clothes because I had no choice but to return two dresses that did not fit well. Show details

thinking, we could do an exchange and they apply the purchase price of this dress to another choice. I was told I would have to pay for the 2nd dress, and we would receive a store credit for the returned dress. We had no use for a future dress, as she is graduating. After several back & forth messages, a very sweet and professional customer service rep by the name of Tanya worked with me. She was understanding of my situation & we came to a very pleasing solution. Good customer service is almost non-existent now, but HELLO MOLLY has a very good one, Tanya,that cares and takes the time to listen. Thank you Tanya & HELLO MOLLY. BTW, we LOVE the 2nd dress!

Thank you to Tanya who assisted me without being rude and so helpful, she didnt tell me as a customer to refer to the terms and conditions but she explained what they can and cant do for me and helped me through everything. The best experience Ive had by far and I will not hesitate to chose them over other brands in the future.

It was my first time purchasing items from Hello molly and even though the dresses were super cute and very flattering, unfortunately they were all too short for me to wear and had to return them. Although my dresses were not eligible for a refund, they were still able to process the refund for me which I had requested. The package came so quick! I ordered 7 dresses for the races and bought it with Afterpay. Didn’t realise it was store credit so freaked out cause it was $700 worth of clothes but they resolved this for me and refunded me the money which was such a relief. Amazing customer service and was so appreciative cause I would not have been able to afford loosing that kind of money! So just be careful when you buy in cause it is usually store credit. Show reply

However, Winnie from customer service responded within 3 hours and extended my store credit without hesitation. She was so helpful, thoughtful, and so kind!
