do not do business with Brand Shopping – I ordered perfume for my mother two weeks prior to xmas.Received no tracking confirmation.Article never arrived.Phoned Tim and was told the perfume was out of stock.They advertise as in stock .No notification that the product was out of stock yet they still take your money.Do not use this business to purchase from.I am appalled they are still operating such a shonky site.Buyer beware.

Not an unhappy customer – I placed an order for a discontinued perfume that is my wifes favourite. Despite a hiccup with the actual size available I was able to negotiate with Tim and still achieve a satisfactory outcome. The goods arrived on my doorstep three days later. The adage is "only unhappy people leave reviews". Well I am real and I am happy and my wife will be happy on Christmas Day. Win alround I say.

Good experience – Actually I had a great experience - perfume took only 2 days to arrive - in fine condition - a perfume I cannot find ANYWHERE else as it is discontinued. clearly stated it was a tester, and will be ordering more of the same while they still have it available. BTW I ordered from them inadvertently from a site under another name as I had read bad reviews but my experience turned out okay. Very pleased.

Very bad experiences with Lacoste – I bought 9 T-shirts from Lacoste. 2 of them shrank after the first wash although I followed their washing procedure. The shop in Essendon didn’t change them although I showed them the bank receipt and I am a registered customer. I had a similar experience in Dubai where the T-shirt shrank but I managed to exchanged it.

Bait advertising! Don't buy from this website!! :-( – I ordered a bottle of Clarins Double Serum from this website. They did not advise that this product was not in stock. the lines of 'currently processing order', so I assumed it was on its way. I have been chasing Brands Now for weeks and they still have not been able to deliver the Clarins. They should not be processing payments for orders if they do not have the stock (or at least advise that there may be a delay). They have advised that they will provide me a credit for the Clarins. Let's see how long it takes!!

Still waiting for refund – An item I ordered and paid for is now unavailable. I was sent a message asking for my bank details in order for the refund to be processed. I am still waiting nearly 3 weeks later. Very unimpressed.

Why is the website still operating – They advertise products on the website and have no stock, so you purchase goods that are not available. Terrible way to operate. One plus though they did give me refund. ONLY USE PAYPAL. Not happy Jan

Money for nothing – Service - actually there is none. Order shampoo in June 2017 and despite emails to the Company and I have been told that they are chasing it up and will get back me back in early August. Happy to take my order and $$$ and now nothing. A good lesson is to read the reviews first.

Took my money sent nothing don't order from them – Ordered shampoo two months ago same as other reviews they are selling what they don't have and don't refund your money. Was told that their supplier was out of stock. No other info, no ETA or offer of refund as they couldn't supply. Further requests for a refund were acknowledged but no refund. In short that was 2 months ago and after repeated emails no goods and no refund!!!! They are Asian rip offs don't deal with them.

Service at its worst – I placed an order two weeks ago and still waiting for the items to arrive. After checking the order numerous times it says "processing". reply. 3 weeks after placing my order I received an email advising that my order was cancelled as they could not restock my items. They refunded shortly afterwards. While I appreciate being refunded, I do not appreciate the lack of communication, the time it took for processing and the fact that these items are listed as 'in stock' on their website when they clearly aren't.

for a refund like some of the unfortunate customers here. Luckily I called. He asked me to wait while he checked stock and then said it had been discontinued for a long time (didn't I know that!) and his reps could not get anymore in. I asked why he would list it as 'in stock' and he said he'd better update his inventory -hullo? Do you wait for an order to come in and customer to alert you to the fact you haven't got stock? I'm glad i called and did not waste time ordering, I doubt I will return as I'm not trusting of sellers who list something they don't stock. But to his credit, I have to say he was very polite, just not efficient enough to be competing against so many other online sellers. I found this number (+61 466 684 088) on their facebook page & rang it. After a few rings I hung up thinking they won't answer on a Sunday afternoon. Surprisingly they rang me straight back. I told [name removed] I wanted to cancel my order because the order was still processing after a week & he said they were waiting for stock although the website stated it was in stock. He made excuses about being busy, never apologized & said he would cancel the order. 5 minutes later I had the emails from PayPal & Brand Shopping saying the order was cancelled. If only he had replied to my previous feedback form & email, I may have been ok with waiting a bit longer.

PLEASE! Surprise surprise mailbox full left a message 3rd email today demanding they contact me by close of business today or I commence a refund request via paypal (thank god for paypal).Less the 5 mins later I receive an email saying my order has been cancelled and refund through paypal has been applied.Yes I got my money back but it seems it took this last threat to get them into action.

I beleive this is just another shop out to take your money,If I hadn't been so insistent I would still be waiting to here from them and to get a refund !!

Found my perfume!!!!!! – Everything worked fine for me as being heard a few bad feedback. 2 days for delivery is great, I ordered 2 rare perfumes that I could not find them last 2 years. but the price is little bit expensive.
