Broken charging pin/solution
Hi Sivakumar, You will need to return the shaver to a registered service agent, as the base of the shaver will have to be replaced (it is not user repairable). Here is a link to Braun's service agent finder: external link
I had my charging pins replaced in Nov 2021 & it is working 100% again. If the shaver is under warranty you can get a 'Reply Paid' address to return it to the service agent, otherwise you will have to pay postage & repair costs.
Hope this helps.
Kev
How much will it cost to change the base of the shaver?
