absolutely unacceptable; there was no reference to this extra charge, and the flight would have been the same price booking directly with the airline. I didn't even bother to contact them (only chat) for this extra fee; I have just raised a dispute with my bank. Never, never again.

Absolutely not to go to site. They miss lead you and at the end of the purchase they add up all the extra without you knowing. Also they advertise one price and at the end they charge you currency conversion fees as well. Our credit card was double charged the full amount simultaneously by Bravofly and their parent company (Last Minute). Our credit card was automatically blocked by the bank anti-fraud systems, and then cancelled rather than unblocked to avoid either of the double charges being reattempted.

Good experience – I found bravofly to be the cheapest when I booked my tickets. I was worried after I read all of the bad reviews but I didn’t have a problem. I also didn’t need to change my flight details, etc so I cannot comment on that process. Show details

I booked tickets and the amount was deducted from my bank account, but the booking was later cancelled without any clear reason. I tried multiple times to contact support but couldn’t reach anyone. Fraud! They quoted one bag size then sent a reciept for a smaller bag size too small to fit anything. I was willing to pay for an additional overhead bag which they quoted at 36.88 each way. bot was closing out. I canceled the booking and they deducted $133 from the amount as a "handling fee"!!! What a big scam! I researched online and you can find stories of their scam / looting people on reddit, tripadvisor, everywhere. I filed credit card dispute but that is when they were the most responsive and provided my bank with cancelation information - my bank is not able to help me in this case. My bank asked me to not do business with them in the future which is for certain. Avoid these scammers at all cost!

ago and I'm still waiting for a call. We are due to fly in 2 days, I've had to cancel all my tickets and rebook with another airline. My refund may take up to 2 months, which I'm okay with so long as I get it back. You cannot speak to a person with this company, it's all chatbots and chat messages with an agent and often english isn't their first languauge so the messages need to be translated. It's also in the UK timezone so if you're australian be prepared to be up at midnight trying to sort your issues out. I felt strung along the whole way, I will never use them again.

Brave Fly gives the excuse that Batik Airlines is not issuing the refund. As a customer, I expect the travel agent to handle such situations efficiently, but their lack of responsiveness and accountability is disappointing.
