I’m trying to work this out too..,I put a post on breville fb page last week but no response yet. Going to message them instead
My spindle always stuck to the bowl. Really need to force to pull it from the bowl. This has makes me reluctant to use the machine, which is so wasteful. Any help so not to stuck?
Hi. Just read your post. Which blade are you using that gets stuck.
Hello, I have had my Breville Kitchen Wizz Pro for around 3 years now and the bowl has cracked and spindle part in the centre also appears to be damaged. Do I need to purchase a new bowl or are you able to 'trade in' and pay a gap the damaged bowl for a new one? Thought it was worth asking the question before I fork out for a new one.
Thank you
Hi I have had my food processor for a couple of years. But now whenever I try & use it a flashing 'insert pusher' keeps appearing.
We've checked & rechecked that everything is in the correct place & locked in. Any advice as to what the problem may be??
Thanks
Dear Nella D, We're sorry to hear of the difficulty you're having with your Food Processor. From your explanation of the fault, there appears to be a problem with the Bowl Safety Interlock System that activates the Motor Base. You'll need to have the unit inspected by an authorized Breville service agent. Please contact Breville Customer Support on 1300 139 798, for your closest agent.
This issue is the same on mine. My closest agent is an 8 hour round trip. It's too big and heavy to post. Breville your answer does not help
Just bought a 16 cups Breville food processor (FP800). After 1 second from running it develops a really loud and rattling/knocking noise. It is so loud that it in unbearable. I will need to return it I think. Anybody else having the same issue? Is it broken?
My large food processor bowl got stuck on the base, and when I managed to get it off it cracked. A large chunk of plastic is now missing. Is there a way to get the bowl replaced?
Dear Air, A replacement Bowl can be purchased online, however, unfortunately it is currently out of Stock. external link Please contact Breville Customer Service 1300 139 798 to confirm when BFP800 Bowl's will be available.
I accidentally put slicer attachment in wrong and now stuck anyway to get it out?
Dear Sophie, We're sorry to read your issue. Unfortunately the Bowl and Slicer are likely to be irreparably damaged and you'll need to purchase a replacement BFP800 Bowl and Slicer. Please see the following link, alternatively contact Breville Customer Service; 1300 139 798.

Can I slice sweet potatoes in the food processor?
Hello I have trouble turning my lid to lock into place , so much so I’m frightened it will break. Any help?
It is quite stiff to lock into place, more than you would expect. You can contact Breville to confirm if you want to make sure you're doing the right thing, but I remember it was slightly nerve-wracking the first time I did it!
Thank you for your advice , the lid has always been difficult to lock into place.
Our breville has stopped? The red power circle is flashing atop d the on/ off button. What do we do?
Does the BFP 800 processor chop up nuts easily and does that plastic bowl take hot soup. What is the weight of the machine?
It says it will chop nuts in the large bowl, but I haven't tried it myself. You can't place hot liquids in the bowl - they have to cool first. And I can't tell you how heavy it is, except to say VERY!
I bought the Breville kitchen wiz 15 pro. I am trying to register the product for warranty but I cannot find a serial number on it. Where would I find it?
Hello Breville, I raised an issue 22/7, requesting a replacement lid for my new BFP800 (Ref# - R100943777). I'm surprised not to have received any word from you (not even an acknowledgement of my request). Could you please tell me how long I can expect to have to wait for this issue to be attended to? Thank you.
Can the Breville Peel and Dice, blend and make smoothies, really smoothie? Can it make smooth soups such as pumpkin soup ect. Also can it puree food, so you can make baby food?
Does the wizz have a juicer attachment?
No juicer attachment, just processor pieces
No, sorry
Can it make dough for bread?
Yes, I use it to make dough all the time, just use the plastic blade.
Using the smaller bowl to chop walnuts, the first lot was fine. While doing the second lot, it made a noise. I stopped the machine and found one of th small blades had somehow dislodged causing the bowl to break. Has this happened to anyone before? Even though I don't use my food processor often, I do live it and look after my appliances. still as new.
Should the power light be flashing when its in use? I only got this home on thursday, and the first time I used it I remember the light flashing and the maching seemed nice and quiet. Then i've used it twice since then and there is a huge vibration sound and the red power light keeps flashing even if there is nothing in the bowl (i tried with and without the blades and same thing happens) Do I need to return this? I tried to ring breville about this but the number hangs up without ringing, i'm not sure if that's my phone company or a problem at the other end
I contacted Brevill via their website and had a super quick response and am very happy
When making coleslaw which size blade is best to use on the BFP800? Thanks Ali
Thanks for your question. I think coleslaw is a matter of personal preference. I am happy with the coarse grater.
