I am not going to comment on the quality of coffee it produces as each person's taste can vary quite a bit. But in saying this I'm certainly not implying that it makes bad coffee. I'm just not as fussy as a coffee critic.

The machine is now retired with all functions still fully operational albeit sustaining some minor physical damages to the frother lid, and a stained pods and overflow tray. Wife just decided it's time that we move on to a higher spec machine and it just happened that a great deal was available to us from a retailer.

In short, UMilk did a fantastic job inducting us into the world of Nespresso.

Extremely disappointed with purchase and service – I purchased a Nespresso U Milk machine in April 2017. Worked well for only a few months. I called the service number and advised them that the machine was leaking water from beneath the machine where the power cord comes out from the machine. was in descaling mode and to press the 3 buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds and it would right itself. None of these suggestions has worked and I am not prepared to try anything again as I feel it is dangerous with water coming from the power cord area. I also felt that the way the service staff speak to you is in a very defensive manner and you feel you are being accused for miss treatment of the machine. For this reason I will not called the service desk back and will accept that I have made a wrong decision when purchasing this machine. I will source another branded machine but will look into pre purchase reviews and after purchase service.

The Prodigio had a drop down cup tray that was not low enough to be able to fit a mug under the spout, the only way was to push up the cup tray and slide the cup up against the tray to hold it up, the problem was that every couple of pours the vibration of the machine caused the tray to come down slightly which meant the the coffee started spraying between the tray and the cup spilling everywhere.

I have now bought the U milk, it has a magnetic cup tray that i can slide out of the way when using a mug, so is really the better choice for me.

I love the Nespresso machines and the Nespresso coffees, and will continue using them.

I again would like to reiterate that the Prodigio Machine is a great little coffee machine, but the U Milk is the better and more suited on for me.

Firstly this machine is 100% capable with Nespresso capsule which i believe has the best taste on the market.

Secondly this machine comes with integrated milk frother for the convenience of milky cappuccinos. It is ready to brew in just 25 seconds. Simply open the slider put the capsule in then close the slider the rest is automated including ejection of empty capsules. A wasted capsules tank is able to hold 10~12 empty captules. Milk frother and water tank are removable which makes it easy for clean.

This machine is so reliable that after nearly 2 years of usage the taste of my coffee that it makes still remains perfect. It is still going strong. Love to having it.

Fantastic Quality Coffee – This machine gets a workout at our place! We love it and it works beautifully. I was a bit dubious at first as a long time espresso liker but this really brings the goods. It basic to operate and I have it loaded so quickly now I barely notice I have done it. There are stacks of different flavours available and you can even buy refillable ones. machine has flooded the bench sometimes after one cup. It has also been inconsistent with how much coffee it puts in a mug on the same setting. For the first 6 months it was 5 stars, but the last 6 months its been 2 stars, so I will give it a 3 overall.

Disappointed – I thought this model came with a milk frothed but it doesn’t, but that’s my fault for not researching enough. I like strong coffee so the preset amounts are not strong enough from me. Very good machin – I own 2 of them .first one used for 3 years and 2nd one got broken after 2 days .i was shocked but I guess it was luck . However it is very automatic I like it . Nice compact machine – Was given this model as a Christmas gift as a replacement for our old Nespresso machine. It is a nice slimline machine that fits well on the bench. Compatible Coffee capsules – The Nespresso machines are brilliant. Easy to clean and make quick coffees at home. So many friends have one, so that's a great indicator. I find pods a bit pricey also. Go to COLES and they have VITTORIA COFFEE ITALIAN BLEND 10 CAPSULES PER BOX. They are COMPATIBLE with ALL NESPRESSO COFFEE MACHINES. When on sale they are $4 for 10 pods. Elegant looking and simple to use – So easy to use - turn it on, pop the pod in, and then it whirrs while filling the room with a beautiful coffee aroma! I got the Aerocino attachment (the milk frother) because I drink my coffees with milk, but if you like your coffees black then just getting the U Solo on its own would be adequate. Love it – The taste of the coffee from this machine is always good. The machine itself is quite easy to use, however I have to look up on Google how to initiate things (de scaling, re calibrating etc) which sometimes gets a little irritating. capsule compartment. Had a look and a white piece had fallen out of the machine. I rang nespresso who organised a pickup for the following day and a loan machine. Pickup was fine. Didn't hear from them for awhile so I rang and they said it would be at least 10 business days from pickup (this was after a week but we were going away the following week). The machine turned up that night and they had cleaned it so well it looked brand new. Pretty happy with how easy they made the whole process.
