in the carpet. I sent them the photos the agent took and they wouldn’t come back to rectify. The agent organised a steam clean and the stains were removed. This was taken from my bond. This company has bad communication and obviously don’t steam clean your carpets as they promise. I have never had a problem with my bond before.

response time with there communication is also very slow.

My 2 bed 2 bath townhouse was left with bits of dirt, dust and spiders webs over multiple rooms.

They had marked the walls at the front door probably with steam cleaner or something and took no justice.

The showers weren’t touched so there was still grout, not even the stair case with cleaned of foot print sticky marks.

That’s not even the start of it.

incompetent cleaners, aggravatingly unprofessional management – I hired them to do a end of lease cleaning and all I got was a man with windex and paper towels, wiped some counters and called it a day. Nothing was properly (or at all, I suspect) cleaned.

This is perfect professional cleaning – I am here to give 5 star rating & good review to Aman's team, Extremely satisfied with the work Aman's team done at my property. I can say anything good for them, they were highly professional girls. They have handled my property beautifully and thoroughly cleaned with latest equipment and harmless chemicals. $100 extra they clean all the house walls which is now no need of repaint. Bathrooms & kitchen oven was the big issue and now they look shiny and clean. My new tenants will be glad to live in a neat & clean place.

might run away". This is embarrassing and an outrageous assertion. Constantly harassed me after-hours via text messages for payment.

This was a end of lease clean booked for the day of vacating. Job was booked for 9am. Manager attempted to cancel the booking at midnight the evening prior to job being done, breaching our contract. Job was rescheduled for the afternoon, however, cleaners were given incorrect address, were late and work incomplete and now after-hours and keys had to be returned. Manager contacted me all day demanding payment and shouting, screaming and behaving in an atrocious manner. Will never use again and this company should be avoided, if not, completely closed down. Unprofessional and no receipt was issued after payment and repeatedly being harassed for payment. I will be making a complaint with the ACCC.

The first time they came to the property they didn't clean cob webs out of rooms, surfaces in wardrobes, the floors they moped were still dirty, they cleaned kitchen benches before cleaning the oven and range hood, and placed the dirty range hood and oven grills on the previously cleaned surfaces, they preceded to not clean the oven and leave all the dirty stuff on the benches, dishwasher wasn't cleaned either, I would liken the clean to a poorly done fortnightly clean you might pay $100 for. when asked to return they did and were given a list of things they needed to complete, they returned with only a cloth and surface wipe, wiped the surface and tried to leave when they were stopped they went back in and moped half the floors. we failed the inspection and when confronted they refused a refund and said they would return. I gave them the inspection report detailing the things needed to be done. The owner saw them enter the property and clean nothing. this leads me to believe at no point did they intend to fully clean the property only feign commitment, until you give up and stop hassling then for a refund. I don't recommend there incompetent team for cleaning nor their management who tried multiple times to tell me the reason we failed the inspection was because the house was old and beyond cleaning, don't know how the age of the house stops a cleaner from dusting surfaces and cleaning cobwebs.

Best End of Lease Cleaning Melbourne – Such a fabulous clean carried out, thank you. No faults at all in their cleaning work. Bond cleaning – I don’t recommend this company unless you want to be overcharged for a average service. Cleaning cost well over $500 Go elsewhere there’s plenty of company’s that don’t do this to people .
