Wish I could return it. Waste of money – So disappointed. Thought I had a faulty product, but no, it just doesn’t work properly. The only way I found to actually be able to get any drink at all, is to pull it apart and run the filter under water, then put filter back and reassemble the bottle. Wish I could return it. Idea is good, but the end product doesn’t work properly. I have always… Read more

used Brita, now I am having second thoughts as I spent loads buying additional filters expecting it to be good. Not good Brita. Every time I want a drink, I need to pull it apart and run the filter under water. It won’t even keep working for the second drink, much less the whole bottle. Not recommending this one at all. And we even bought 2 bottles. Argh.

Great product that lasts and works! – I use the Brita Fill & Go at work and most recently overseas in Asia. At work it does the job and the water tastes great. Just like a normal water bottle but with the added convenience of also having a filter makes it great for filling up from any tap at work, especially outside when it is very hot! On holidays we went to areas where you… Read more

were advised not to drink the water without boiling it. My wife and son always used bottled water but I took a chance and used the Brita bottle. I can say I did not get sick once and the water tasted no different to what I am used to. Was very pleased and as soon as I got back home, I purchased the newest model and upgraded all the bottles at work too!

Yes the bottle design is not perfect, but it works. The filter does create a small amount of effort to suck but this is not a problem just something most people are not used to. If you install the filter incorrectly it will make sucking the water a hard job. Also if you do not presoak the filter, as specified on the instructions, it will make the first couple of uses a hard job to drink.

If you want a water bottle to flow like a tap, then do not get this bottle. If you don't mind sucking the water out with a minimal amount of effort but knowing the water is filtered, then this bottle is fantastic!

I will continue to use them both personally and at work for my team. Highly recommend!

Great idea - however follow through is a little weak – The filter bottle from Britta suggests that it will last 80 refills... However this is not the case! I have also been made aware that the filters are being made clearance from places like Target and KMart rendering purchasing the filters from more expensive places like Woolies etc - it may just turn out to be cost prohibitive? Figuring it out I… Read more

guess that if it does last 80 refills and the rough cost of a filter is about $7.50 this equates to 10c per refill which is cheap compared to a similar bottle of natures finest bottled by Coke for about $3.00!

The bottle is hard to use as everyone has suggests, as squeezing it is prefered rather than sucking as backwash can make its way into the filter and set off a microbial outbreak in it - I wash and steralise mine every week just in case - it does make me wonder!

All in all not a bad concept for those that 'hate' the tap water taste, however like fluride to remain in their water. Cheap to buy as a set, few good colours, solidly made unit compared to other sports bottles. Finding filters as they have gone clearance fom where I bought them from, bacteria growth within the filter from backwash, volume of the bottle is also less than other bottles.

OK – Although it does have a few cons, these are only minor and replacing filters isn't an issue for me. So overall i think that it is a good product. I mean i still use the two i've got, the light blue one at home and pink one at work, simply because being in a city, residential area the water isn't very good. I'd still recommend it to others as it's… Read more

a very convenient product, but if you don't have a firm grip steer clear as you constantly have to squeeze it for the water to come out via the carbon filter. Great idea, I originally bought a Brita jug to put in my fridge but got sick of finding a drink bottle and filling it up every morning as I can't drink tap water at my house. So the inbuilt filter in the drink bottle is a great idea. Water drips from under the cap - not good during transit but that's ok as I now have one at work and one at home. Water comes out very slowly and you have to squeeze it making it not very handy if you need to wash down your tablets with this drink bottle. It's impossible getting the last few remains of water as it doesn't pass through the filter effectively.

Love it – I can't live without my fill and go. I'm a single mum and I literally take it everywhere I go. It not only helps me make a difference to the environment by not purchasing plastic water bottles, it also saves me money and is better for my health. unfortunately dropped my fill and go at the gym when it was full of water and broke the lid. I wrote to Brita to see if I could order another lid, and they didn't only send me a lid for free, they sent me a whole box of fabulous Brita products! I am very very impressed with this company and their fabulous products. Thank you!

Makes a great gift – What a great product.. No problems with sucking.. comes straight out. Well worth the money. I am going to give them to rels for Christmas. It is just the right size, ti is not too big, 700 mls being ample. The water that is filtered through the charcoal tastes great.

Great for on the Go! – I like this handy filtered water bottle by Britta. It is easy to drink from, while at the same time hydrating with clean refreshing water. The size is a perfect 700ml bottle, which makes it easy to be keep track of my water intake. Awful design – I wish I had read product reviews before buying this!! It's a TERRIBLE design. I thought it was a faulty bottle so I exchanged it for a new one, but it's exactly the same. You suck down more air than water, if at all. I'm very surprised that Brita would release such a poor design. Wish I could return it.  Show details

Don't waste your money! – You can't sip on it..you have to suck really hard to get a drop of water! Worst product ever! Will never buy this again!!! I read someone's else's review saying the same thing and it was a valve in the straw that was bent? Seriously? I purchased it like that so I purchased a faulty product!  Show details

Brittle bottle!! – I bought the Brita fill and go bottle and the plastic part on the lid broke when my daughter accidentally dropped it on the floor at home... that was a very Brittle bottle!! Considering I only bought it for less than a month - and I have just repurchased another set of 3 filters replacement. It wasn't a high drop, and the lid snapped. Brita should consider strengthening the design- or to change its name.

The. Best. Drink. Bottle. Ever – I have had two of these bottles now. Both coloured green. Colour doesn't affect the greatness of this bottle. I am a dance teacher and this bottle has saved me many times. I travel all over Sydney into different water catchments and have troubles with water. Not with this filtering bottle! It filters so easily, has a great taste and is… Read more

lightweight. The filters can be swapped out really easily. I replace them probably not as often as I should... but it's very cheap and easy to do.

The plastic is soft and easy to squeeze when you need high volumes of water.

This bottle is well designed, easy to use and cheap to maintain. I love it. Brilliant. Keep up the great work Brita!

Quite happy with it for filter water while travel – I brought it from Coles while it is on clearance. I was using it while traveling, it is the same result like others, it is a bit hard to drink from it directly and have to sip from it very hard to get decent amount of mouthful, I use it to filter water on the go and fill the water into my normal water bottle, it changes the water taste and… Read more

TheFill and Go hinge is a bad design – After only one month the hinge broke. No force was used at all. On closer inspection it seems that there are two very thin short plastic pins that fit into holes, enabling the lid to hinge on the ring. A very bad design indeed. I wonder how long my next bottle will last. I was able to change the whole bottle at Coles.

Die of thirst – I have just bought this bottle as I thought it would save me time filling directly from the tap rather than fill my plastic water bottle from the Brita Jug, But you can't get any water out of the bottle unless you squeeze, I like to be able to drink a lot faster than that so I will die of thirst before I get enough water. I initially thought it… Read more

was a faulty bottle but as others have said the same guess they are all like that. Think I will take it back & get my money back as there is no way I can get a decent drink. I live in Cairns & have to drink a lot of water, not a sip. I also opened the top & tipped upside down & not one drop came out, great for it not spilling if it tips over but not much good for the purpose is was made so you can have a decent drink of water. Think I will take back as it is not serving any purpose.

Complete waste of money – I have been reading the reviews and can't believe people find this bottle easy to drink out of! You can't sip from this bottle, you have to suck hard to get any water at all. As I couldn't sip out of it, I decided to just use it to filter the water and then fill up a plain water bottle which is easier to drink out of. This didn't work either. I… Read more

filled the bottle and turned it upside down over a jug. 1/2 hour later only 1 drop of water in the jug. I tried tipping the bottle slightly and water came out a little quicker (about 1 drop every time a shook the bottle), I suspect these drops were going round the filter not through it. A complete waste of money.

Turns chlorine into nice tasting water – I've tried lots of drink bottles for sport and found this one the best. Replacement Spouts – I love using these bottles, I don't find drinking from them hard at all. The different colours are also handy if several members of the family are using one at the same time. would love to see a replacement spout in the pack with the filter. I have a small daughter who sometimes likes to drink my water when we're out - she also has a bad habit of biting the spout, which means I need to throw away an entire bottle as you can't purchase spouts. Ease of use, and availability of bottles and filters. I'd love to be able to purchase replacement mouth pieces together with a filter.

Bad – I like the idea of this product, but somehow my husband stopped replacing the filters (I think its every 3 months) because he noticed that they didnt last too long and it was getting expensive. used this when he needed water at work. It is very inexpensive and they have a cuteish calendar where you mark off when you next need to change the filter. The filter doesnt last as long as it says because after a while, the water tastes different and not as clear and fresh tasting. It was just a little fiddly when we first bought it to stick the labels and stickers on it, because we werent too sure where they belonged, so better to do it carefully and slowly.

Terrible – Cant say i was overly impressed - price wise it was good and the convenience of it being able to fit in your bag etc - but quality wise it wasnt so great. Its also supposed to be leak proof but I am not convinced of this as I have had a few unexplained leakages in my bag. No the lid was off or open. Cheap and convenient - clean water. Water comes out very slowly - have to squeeze the bottle - not good if you are particularly thirsty.

Excellent – Verry goood. You get to discover that some expensive brands of Vdka are just marketing hype and not good quality... Excellent for taking the burn out of cheap vodka! And just the right size. Need to filter the vodka 2-3 times to get a real clean taste... but it's worth it!! Need to put a pin prick hole in the bottom end to allow the vodka to drip feed back into its bottle.
