Ignored instructions to deliver to a registered AusPost Parcel Locker and insisted on a signature so parcel was delivered to a post office which I’m going to struggle to visit in the next week. What’s the point of doing ecommerce business when your practices are so restrictive?

Online purchase pushed insurance to cover returns and exchanges. Turns out is was worthless and they don't do exchanges for "final sale". Orders same size 2 x different brands and they were completely different. B Store didn't want to know about it…happy for these to go straight to the bin. Great response from staff to fix my error in ordering the wrong size – Very happy with my shoes, they fit well and very comfortable. I made a mistake ordering and ended up paying for the wrong size. Miss representation of the product together with photographs – I bought a pair of boots, the description was nothing like what I received. These are made of cardboard and some bad polyurethane poor quality outer fabric. I would not advise anyone to buy anything from this site. Its not what you see and what you get. Dreadful. Difficult to send back, so just have to live with being ripped off, sad as some on-line sellers are quite good.

Scam boots – Terrible quality, took three weeks to arrive. nothing like the photos. Not able to return, as return policy needed a reply from them via email, which they did not answer.total scam

Discounts after i buy – made a purchase 2 days later the same item has an extra 20% off contact customer service but too slow to help me resolving the issue, the items haven't even been sent yet, very disappointed that customers are not informed of the promotions.

The australia post dropp the package in front my door and someone took it or maybe the deliever just pretend to dropp it and never did. Great – I’ve always loved Birkenstock Arizona and have worn them for years. I’ve tried other styles but find Arizona the most comfortable for me. I’ve purchased the leather ones and found these took a while to break in so the suede are my favourite. The website is easy to use and I always check the sale products first ! Poor Service – The Birkenstock ordered online looked used. I have emailed and left a voice message to the store with no response for over 10 days now requesting whether I can return instore to exchange (and inspect before purchasing replacement item) or receive a refund. Service needs to be improved.
