Received awful customer service from rude people in the store. Will never return to such a disgusting place. The owner is nothing but a bully, fingers crossed they are out of business soon.

customers and is on the floor there to assist you. I was even struggling with my two young kids and they helped me in every way they could to get my purchases to my vehicle. I have used this company for years and I have never had one single issue. Show kindness and you get kindness. I have lived in Redbank Plains and now Yarrabilba and I STILL make the drive out to this amazing store and their team to receive top notch service and excellent prices for my baby and family gear. They are exclusive for lots of items too which is a plus from a buyer perspective! I have worked in major retail stores before and I cannot express how much better family owned and operated feels so much better. So interpersonal. Horrible – The store manager (who also deals with customers and threatens reviewers online) is a textbook narcissist and the last person that should be selling baby care products to expectant mothers. It's incredible the ACCC hasn't come after them for falsely advertising delivery timeframes to new and nervous families and refusing legitimate refunds. Absolute scum.

Can't believe this is still going on – Wow... had a really rough experience with these guys years ago. incongruous the way the employees behaved (very good) vs the owner (argumentative to say the least).
With so many bad reviews, I'm surprised they haven't taken the feedback on and tried to improve. Certainly would be a start to work on the customer experience rather than arguing with them on the internet.

working exactly as expected and was easy to setup.
I had also reduced my car seat choice to three options; I found the BnG staff really helpful in letting me see what the seat looked like in my car and pointing out the similarities and differences between my choices. The car seat I bought needed ordering in. BnG said it would take a week - I got a phone call to say it had arrived in a week, exactly as expected.

acceptable that was okay but then I couldn't cancel the purchase without paying 20% fee which I didn't get as I was not returning or changing my mind. It's true the ghost you when you ask for your refund. Save yourself the stress and just don't buy from this shop.

had issues and worked extensively with the manufacturer’s technical team to identify and resolve issues. After 30 days of issues, the manufacturer agreed that a refund was in order and told me to return the item to Bubs N Grubs. They refused to take back the item, despite having been provided with the evidence of testing by the manufacturer and written refund authority. They INSISTED on doing their own testing (because of course their staff know more about the product than the manufacturer’s technical team!!). After a week of “testing”, they responded with “There are no issues. Your item is ready for pick up”. What a joke. I picked up the item, then video recorded the issue occurring as clear as day, so they either didn't test the product properly, or at all. I lodged a QCAT application to get my refund, which was met with a threat to “counter sue” me by the owner. It went to QCAT and I was awarded a refund.
I’m sure they know this will happen. At best, you give up and they make their money. At worst, QCAT makes them refund the item with no real penalty to them. Eventually it’s hoped that the ACCC will take notice of how “special” a company must be to have such a low review with so many validated reviews.

had to wait to arrive at the warehouse. Was called up mid week and explained one of the items I ordered wasn’t in stock and kindly offered alternatives. My click and collect order arrived after a week and they called me up straight away, I picked everything up yesterday. Everything is perfect and bassinet is in mint condition. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and as I said, the prices here are UNBEATABLE. Why waste your money elsewhere?

was way too big for our car, so after install and the installer not even mentioning this to us, we requested a refund or exchange with themselves only to be denied. We since went to Baby Bunting to purchase another one and received COMPLETELY different service, they are amazing. Assessed our car and showed as many other seats that would fit. Their Car Seat installers said the Car Seat fitting by Bubs n Grubs was not done correctly and was on an angle where the baby's airways would have been blocked. DO NOT buy from this company, do your research you can see so many terrible reviews and clearly the good one's are purely them asking first time buyers to leave a good review for a freebie that doesn't exist. I am currently looking further into this issue and the company has also been notified.

Honestly what alot of people need to understand that if you order a product from the store and is being delivered from the manufacturer to the store it's not the employees fault if something is faulty, it's whoever packed the item.. so please go easy on the employees as they are just their to do their job and do the best they can to help you just like they have done with me. customer support system is appalling and constantly being ignored and left a week without any communication. I would highly recommend going else where for your baby needs as if you do experience a problem it is a nightmare to try and resolve with this company.

damage and we were asked how it was done. We found this rather abrupt and rude.
We explained it was out of the box like this and we believe it was faulty.
Then we haven’t heard from them for weeks.
We contacted them a few more times and were ignored. Then this morning they replied there’s nothing they could do and they still accused us damaging the bar ourselves. And that contacting them three months after purchase is too long although we just opened the box..
We’re just so upset that I wanna cry.. this is so unfair.. and we hate the feeling of being blamed. We can confirm 100% we didn’t do anything to cause the damage. They made us look like dodgy people and this is just not cool.
So, in conclusion, they’re selling a dodgy faulty product and trying to blame us for causing it!
Lesson learned: • The retailers are nice before they took your money. When there’s problem they will not fix it but try to blame you instead. We don’t feel consumers are protected. • Don’t buy things in advance. Only buy them when you need them. • We will not shop from this retailer again. We trust them by putting our baby’s safety and our hard earned money into their hands. However we got the blame in return as they don’t have trust on their customers.

ordering t&c that freight delays are expected which is true... however that is irrelevant given they hadnt shipped the order.
We had tried to cancel our order, ask for a for a refund to which they refused stating we had changed our mind whih we hadnt. They just hadnt bothered to fill our order so after a month we got another one some where else. To show how they operate they then ship our product once consumer affairs get involved, stating that we cant get a refund now.
Whatever you do avoid them at all cost. Atrocious service, rude, unethical. Go somewhere reputable.

There customer support team emailed us and blatantly refused to give a refund although it was a phone order and no terms and conditions were ever read out nor was any paperwork signed they still say it was in there agreed terms. different pram in store. Told a certain colour they had was in stock. I went away to think about it and decided to proceed. Went back into the store, was then told that colour was $500 extra. I said no way and was told another colour $500 cheaper and it would take at most a week to get in. So I agreed but asked what the terms were and again told no more than a week, at no point did the piece of paper I was told to sign here on - with a finger point - get turned over. Had I done this I would have seen the novel of terms and conditions attached. The sales woman also kept sprooking about a free nappy bag which I didn't really care for. So I go home and look up what I've purchased on the brands website to see a cheaper pram a year older in a colour I'd prefer. So I promptly rang and asked if this could be changed over. I didn't see any issue, told them I didn't want the nappy bag, and basically would be a win for all, they get a sale and the pram company offload an older model pram. Well that's where the fun began. Next day I'm told no can't do that. I asked to cancel the order and said I'll buy the colour direct, was told too late already ordered, but go through their online helpline. I requested to the woman on the phone to again cancel the order, and same woman said yes, but you need to log it online. So I go online, they are going to keep 20% of purchase price!!! For what? So I phone back close to tears feeling quite overwhelmed. After going on about the 'free' nappy bag, she literally hung the phone up on me whilst I was talking. What's with the nappy bag??? So I go online through their so called "online support" which I'm pretty sure are the same people. So heres the thing, let it be known, they record everything without you knowing, use twisted language to confuse you, go on about legalities, when you've done nothing wrong. They don't openly disclose their terms and conditions. A day later I get a phonecall from the store owner who says they can change the pram over to what I wanted. It took all of 2 days to arrive. So my point of this review is, turn the piece of paper over before signing. They are nice in store until you try discuss a change and turn very unprofessional (hanging up on a customer is unacceptable). Tread carefully if you purchase through this shop. Honestly I'll never return. My request wasn't hard, but even if they couldn't do it, why hang the phone up on someone who is talking to you politly? I'm sure they'll respond to this comment with their twisted jargon saying you got what you wanted in the end so what's the issue. My issue is very poor after sale customer service and rude staff when you have an issue. I dread to think what may happen if I have an issue with the pram. For future I'll stick with their competitor, at lease you get a 14 day change of mind no questions asked refund, and you're not made to feel overwhelmed but welcomed.

Terrible customer service – I recently purchased a product from this store as a gift. The product was difficult to assemble and didn't appear on the box as it should. When batteries were inserted the product failed to start. My sister, who I gifted the product to, called the store to ask what her options were. through their online portal. She asked if she could return to the store with the product to be examined. She was informed no, everything had to go online and once submitted she was to wait for a response via email - "dont worry" they informed her - "it's an easy process" - allegedly far easier than talking to someone on the phone.
She submitted the form on Friday and waited. The only thing she received in response was a generic email telling her that it would take the team approx 24 business hrs to respond.
I called the store on Tuesday at 1pm because my sister had heard nothing from them since their generic email. The woman I spoke to was quite rude and forceful at the beginning, again informing me that everything had to go online for "legal reasons" and if I replied to the email thread through their online portal someone would email me back "immediately" - FYI this also did not happen. Further to this she informed me she was floor staff and had no idea what the Help Desk does for faulty products - I assume this is because the Help Desk work out the back of the store front and maybe despite being 10 ft from each other they are not allowed to talk....who knows.
Once I asked her to stop talking over the top of me and that I found it remarkable that I couldn't speak to someone, she calmed down. Again, I asked to speak with someone directly, someone from the Help Desk or the Owner, this was refused and she said "As I have already told you, you have no other option but to go through the HelpDesk, this is the only option for you." I responded that my brother in law was driving from the Sunshine Coast to Cannon Hill (2 hour drive one way) to have the issue dealt with. She remarked that she would need to check if someone was able to assist them as they hadnt been informed they were "allowed" to return to the store with the product. She then stated that most likely the product would need to be "dropped off" and left to be assessed and then my sister could return at another time to collect either a replacement, a repaired item or a refund. I informed the woman that this was entirely unacceptable, they live 2 hours away. I further informed her that I felt that would breach the ACCC laws around a reasonable time frame, if the product was found to be faulty.
Fortunately they agreed to see my brother in law when he arrived. Again the store owner was abrupt and clearly annoyed at having to deliver after customer service. In fact I wouldn't at all be surprised if the only space I hear from the owner is through this review because the only time this business owner would actually care about speaking with me is once I have left my negative review - Cant wait to finally hear from you.
Using excessive force the owner was able to clip the product together at which point it did in fact start working. Both my father and brother in law thought he was going to break the product in front of their eyes.
Fortunately the product is working and is now on its way back up the Sunshine Coast, however having to deal with the unscrupulous staff and owner from Bubs N Grubs has left us majorly disappointed. As a small business owner myself I know the value of customer service and repeat business. We will never purchase from this company again and based on the reviews left here, they have a trail of unhappy customers - do yourself a favour and procure your products elsewhere.
A note to the Owner: If you don't want to sell products from a Store Front go officially online. I purchased this product from your store, not online, therefore you should have an after sales service that is also store front. Good luck with your future, based on the reviews I keep reading, you'll be lucky to continue.
