Awful - Use at your own risk

Terrible customer service, awful chlorinator used in the gold package. 2 blown fuses inside first 10 days, told western power fault..... you can't make this stuff up
Letter of Demand about to be issued, which will be followed up in court if no action taken.
Will Keep post updated.

No after hand over help

Can any one with some sense please come and fix a pool we have been calling for over 6m to be seen..
We don’t have a water witch that re fills the pool.
Leaks we can’t see that we are running a tap constantly into…
Filters leaking and we are getting no where..
Hand over under 3 years ago and we can’t get help..
We rang last week and still today they haven’t progressed to fixing ANYTHING!!
50.000 dollar pool and no after service on warranty ….

8 weeks of absolute incompetence

Pool was installed on the 22nd of September. It had no light fitted and this took some time to sort out. Initially too much sand was removed. When they came to plumb the pool in there still wasn't enough sand to back fill it even though the planners were made aware that more sand was required. After complaining on social media I got a call telling me that handover was scheduled for 11th November and that all would be sorted by then. It's now the 17th November and the pool is green with algae, the pencil compaction is still unable to happen because there is not enough back fill and worst thing of all is I have no idea still what is going on.

Too busy to cope

[Name Removed], our salesman was very good and attentive to our questions. The delays were quite extensive and not communicated to us. We had numerous days off work for work happening which didn't eventuate. Understandable in these busy days however never communicated to us until we phoned to enquire. The extra fees with excavation were not applicable and we have disputed this but haven't heard back. We did not receive the pole for the solar roller which was detailed at handover with pictures but we still haven't heard anything. From excavation to handover was 7 weeks. 2 and a half weeks later we would like our solar blanket roller please.

Do Not USE this company

We have had a pool installed that has basically been left for 4 weeks now! No communication no follow up! We are constantly chasing them to find out what is happening! Installed a pool without all the parts that were needed to make it work and keep it clean! And they can’t tell us when it will be here! So we are left with a disgusting septic pond! Reported to the ACCC and the SPASA! Taking on work that they can’t meet the demand! Think twice before using this company or any aquatic leisure technology

Pre installed before our house construction and completed after house was finished.
Great customer service and very easy to deal with

James Jackson at Joondalup was amazing. Luke Godden's installation team was great. Customer Service team was excellent. Everyone did their part really well. Had a few hiccups with the soakwell, but it all went well. Happy with our pool definitely and will recommend anytime!

My swim jets aren’t working, the remote works with new batteries but the box that the signal goes to just clicks so we have no jet operation!
