I spoke to Kav who was very friendly and nice and very helpful and informed. He told me everything I needed to know about this policy for my girl and I couldn’t be happier. The coverage is right and I understood everything that was told to me and the premiums are very affordable. Couldn’t as for a better experience in choosing pet insurance. Over $2,000 a year, as much as a person. And no cover for preventative care - immunisation or teeth cleaning (which is in excess of $500 for basic care). Hardly worth it. Show details

The man i spoke with on the phone was great, cracking jokes and saying my cats name a lot which cracked me up (his name is bean and its just very funny to hear others say it) he explained everything it great detail and even went back to explain things to me that i didn't quite understand. Wonderful cover and great what they have to offer on my pets cover but the reading of the terms and conditions was a very lengthy process, he spoke very quick and with the speed at which he spoke and his strong accent it was very hard to keep up and or understand at times. Show details ·  2
