I found Buddy Pet Insurance were very friendly, patient with all my questions and professional when looking for the best cover for my dog. The man i spoke with on the phone was great, cracking jokes and saying my cats name a lot which cracked me up (his name is bean and its just very funny to hear others say it) he explained everything it great detail and even went back to explain things to me that i didn't quite understand. Wonderful cover and great what they have to offer on my pets cover but the reading of the terms and conditions was a very lengthy process, he spoke very quick and with the speed at which he spoke and his strong accent it was very hard to keep up and or understand at times. Show details ·  2

I spoke to a gentlemen forgot his name but he was very lovely and took the time to answer any questions I had and spoke so well and clear. Was so easy to join buddy pet insurance and I love that you get sent booklets as well. I joined yesterday 22.07.25 around 1:30pm.
