I am very pleased with the service provided. Sam was quietly efficient and professional. He fumigated the house (including the roof space) , garage and yard. He also let me how long to leave the floors before cleaning again. All in all a job well done. Thanks Sam.

inspect around the house, didn't have anything to say other than guide us how to use a product. Then guessed that we should do something about our plants and advised me to go to Flower Power for more advice. They wanted to charge me $300 and dropped to $250. I find this highly unethical practice - why not just advise your customers to buy the product, even sell it at a clip on your website. if you are not going to actually provide any service, or serious expertise, this is snake oil behaviour. I will never use this company again. I offered them feedback the next day and the guy on the phone asked me (twice, he didn't listen) did I not understand that there would be a can of stuff to put down my drain. I told him I did, but I wrongly assumed that the guy coming out would be doing something, have some value to add.

decided to get some quotes from pest control companies who all said they were German cockroaches. The quotes were pretty expensive and one company said if it didn't work after a couple if weeks l'd need to pay again for another treatment!! Anyway very long story short, whilst on a dog walk l noticed this pest control van leaving the house a few doors from me. When looking for companies l hadn't come across bugfree.com.au so l looked them up and spoke to the very nice person about my problem and actually booked a treatment for that very day, which was Boxing Day. She assured me the treatment was not toxic to me or my dog so l liked that. Also, she gave me a very significant discount and 6 weeks after the treatment, if l'd seen no cockroaches, l'd have a six month guarantee. How great was that? It's been 2 weeks since the treatment and all l've seen are a few dead ones which l just vacuum up. I am so pleased with the result, l have no hesitation in recommending Bug Free Pest Control, they were polite and respectful of my home ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

what would happen and demonstrated the mice traps and sprayed the entire outside of the house - everything he said worked out exactly as promised, and outside we have had no issue. Inside was completed by someone now no longer with the company and he apologised that he didnt check the work better. All of Kyle's work has been brilliant the truth is if the call centre hadn't hung up on me i probably wouldn't of reacted the way i did.

Original: Miserable phone support - dont worry the cockroaches die of old age thats why you spray them! Had a complete Pest service three weeks ago along with Mice Bait stations put in. I called today as i have fully adult large cockroaches in the house.Not one, not two - four killed in the last week.

The genius on the phone says that it takes 6 weeks for the poison to kick in and kill the entire life cycle....These things a 6 to 8 cm long - fully adult....what happens to the adult ones? do they die of old age? I understand if it was little ones just coming through but no fully adult one arent affected by the poison for 6 weeks?

I explain that they are fully adult and he tells me to wait another 3 weeks for my guarantee to kick in and then hangs up on me.

After sending those two young men who really know how to give a company bad reputation and make customers very angry, I was sent mr Ross la Scale from Bug Free, who sprayed my house thoroughly and put these sticky traps around my house, I am happy with him and I advise him to the customers like me who need help. He is a positive professional person, thank you Ross.

Used Bug Free pest control for first time and extremely satisfied with their work, communication and the capabilities of their operatives. Ross was fantastic - very friendly, punctual and explained what he was doing. Definitely would use them again.

Had the house sprayed in feb 25 ,they said they use the best chemicals to kill cocckroaches and they would be gone in around 6 weeks after paying 455.00 i would think so ,but there still here .

but it wasn’t a dramatic improvement. I did end up having to call them back for a follow-up, 2 more times which they handled, but it felt more reactive than thorough. Communication was good and they answered all my questions. Overall, the effectiveness for me was just average. I have used another service which was a lot more expensive but they were gone after 1 visit - For me it's the time and energy you need to put out 3 appointments 3 days where you have to be home from work which I also found frustrating .

Not recommend – Quoted a price for external and roof cavity. Guy came and wanted an extra $50 for roof cavity. Previously other companies I could always see the spray and drip of where they had been. Couldn’t tell this guy had done much. Time will tell

JP came out Friday to spray our place, and I must say he was very professional and friendly. We asked a lot of questions and he took the time to answer every one and he was very thorough with his work. Ive already recommended him to friends and family, but to anyone reading. Ask for JP, he won't disappoint.
