warehouse. She set the expectation of the timeline and there wasn't much delay at all. On the day of installation, the A team (as they called it :P) - Alan, John and Grant arrived promptly with smiles on their face, very professional and courteous but also friendly. The kids were having breakfast on the table and my 11 year old daughter even said "They seem to really enjoy their job". The installation was done in less than an hour, with attention to details to ensure everything was done to their standard. Now we get to enjoy opening up our living space to the backyard without worrying about bugs and flies coming in.

7:30am and they were knocking on my door at 9:45am. So they only cared about there agenda and not there clients. So from start to finish it was issue after issue.

Wonderful Service. Great Result – I have just had 2 sliding screen doors fitted. The job presented a challenge as there was not a lot of clearance between the screen doors and the door handles of the existing glass doors. Bulleen Screens took their time measuring the job exactly. Incompetent Quote – The measure process was fine however the quote we received was confusing, not explanatory and did not reflect the discussions with sales or the measurer. I had to call and send multiple emails to ask them to clarify their quote so I could verify that the work would reflect what we needed. inadequate and they could not get the quote to a standard that I could accept. I gave them multiple opportunities to get it right but I cannot take the risk of putting money down for a quote that is incorrect. I got the impression they don't care and I am annoyed that my time has been wasted. I'll never work with them and will be taking my business elsewhere.

The worst customer service EVER – Appalling customer service. Charged a callout fee to tighten a screw after having spent thousands of dollars on doors. No calls returned!!! Absolute highway robbery.

I asked to talk to the manager and a lady name I think Kathryn called me back and she was even worse and don’t think she was the manager after all and she said we wont do business with you because I asked them to come and fix up the problem . But they want more and more money to fix it .If there is an owner of this company he needs to watch out for his business because I can see the staff got no idea about customs service. Bully screen, renamed – Horrible experience with bully screens, a name robbing people with style, as you find it 3stars only business.. . Poor communication, lies, manipulation, irresponsible acts and statements , scary tricks , poor quality products, high cost , lame excuses, and insults ...... Better they close the business and start begging people for help, I would be happy to help them rather than been robbed of my money and property.

Invisiguard broken runner – Rang & explained problem, provided photo via email. Had a reply from Sales team (Josh) within 2 days giving me a couple of options to fix. the company, was unable to complete the job as his colleague had yet again measured incorrectly. He also inspected previous work and was shocked at the sub-standard quality of the job. While he has undertaken to rectify this, the company has again advised that we need to make ourselves available for yet another 4 hour period. Surely after already having set aside 16 hours to deal with their incompetence they could at least arrange a time that didn't inconvenience us further.

Please don't even consider dealing with this company. It's been torturous. Poorly trained staff, terrible customer service and clearly a poorly managed business.

He was over an hour past the end of the three hour time frame and I was not contacted to be informed of this until I called the company to see where he was. Fantastic service, top notch product – Fantastic service from both the office and the guys on site. Completed a detailed install in a tricky space, with a millimetre perfect fit. So happy with the extremely high quality end product - looks superb.

No call back - customer service is non existent – Called BulleenScreens a 2nd time to make another assessment, was meant to give me a call back but never did. Because of this they lost a potential customer.

Worst business ever to deal with – Don't go near Bulleen Screens for anything. They had to measure up on 3 seperate occasions and then come back to install not once, twice but 3 times. They will also provide a time for when their staff will arrive of 8 to 12 and turn up at 2. So many hours wasted for something that should be hassle free

After a long wait time, I called to ask when my door could be installed, they told me a day and time through the voice message. And I called back and want to confirm, but again voice message. So I left a message to told time and date is confirmed, and left my number for them if there is any unsure or change, they could just call back. It is so disappointed that on the day, no one comes to install and not even told me the door not ready and It has to delay again until I call to ask. I only feel the business wants money but no service. Easy to see when I told them I paid the deposit, they could reply quickly. But When I asked the quote, I wait about 2 weeks time and no one reply until I call and call. I won't use this company any more and recommend to friends around me.
