Purchase of Nexgard – I ordered Nexgard for my dogs back in October 2023 and received my order with no issues. I was about to re-order but the website bounced and I found these reviews. I was really lucky, the order was almost $200 and shipping was free. Must have been their last stock they were trying to clear !!!
Disgusting nasty scamming business – don't buy from this useless business....they sell stale food and fair trading won't go after them but allow them to keep running a scam business
Fraudulent and STILL disputed my refund from the bank!! – I wrote a review some time ago stating the same experience as everyone on this site i.e. the company is fraudulent and you will not receive any products that you pay for! I cannot believe they have managed to dispute the refund requested from my bank...amazing what they are still able to do.

November but after a week with not communication I sent an email. On 8th November they finally replied to my email that I would receive a tracking number the item would arrive on 10th November. I have not received a tracking number or the items. I requested a refund but they have not responded. I rang their number today and was told my complaint would be passed on, but no communication at all. I have now had to purchase these items elsewhere so I request an immediate refund. Today I left another message on their phone number 1300 289 198 which just goes to a general call answering centre. But again no response. The company behind Bundi pet is Arwoo Pty Ltd whose office is in Queensland. ASIC registration shows Bundi Pet address is A14/161 Arthur Street Homebush west. I am doing a ASIC search to find out who the directors are. On 16th November they offered a refund stating the money would be in my account in 2 to 5 days, its now 6 days but they have not made a refund. They continually lie and cannot be trusted. Their registered office is in QLD and this office is that of KPL Chartered Accountants The owner is [Name Removed], he also owns KOKOPETS.
Bought Royal Canin Labrador Retriever Dry Dog Food × 2 – Normally I purchase this product from another online supplier but a search showed that Bundi was the cheapest. I was a little apprehensive to read the "one star" reviews about slow and unreliable delivery. The item arrived in reasonable time via Aust Post .... not express, but reliable enough for my needs. Will be placing another order to take advantage of an offered discount.

Great prices and quick delivery – Whenever it's time to order more dog food, I compare prices across a range of pet stores and Bundi usually comes out on top. Delivery is also timely and they usually have stock which a lot of other stores do not.
great priced products – This mobs dog food is the cheapest that I've found and believe me I like to look about for the best price. We live in the south west and post usually takes a week or two to turn up, this turned up the next day, can't complain about that. I will certainly be using them from now on. Cheers to you guys.
Great communication, product as advertised – This was the first time using Bundi Pets. Their price was unbeatable and whilst the delivery was delayed by a day, the communication was great. Will definitely use again.

BEWARE Bundi Pet is nothing but a fraudulent scammer – In Nov 2023 I ordered 3 bags of dog food and paid $450 only to be told delivery would be delayed. On querying they agreed to cancel & refund but the refund was never made. Their phone number only goes to a messaging service (I pity the operator!) have had to pursue the refund through a Visa dispute - still ongoing at Jan 2024.

Did not receive my order – Bought Nextgard Spectra online for $94.95. Cheaper than most online retailers. The only problem with Bundi is they take your money and don't send out the goods to you. Called several times to follow up with my order and the number connected to a useless call centre. Do not buy from this retailer.
Never received my nexgard spectra – I ordered 6 months of Nexgard spectra and never received the order. I contacted them twice via email and never got an answer.
Never received my 12kg of dog food – The worst company ever!! Do now buy from them. I placed an order for a 12kg bag of hills science diet dog food and never received it tracking number said in transit have been trying to contact them by phone and email and no response back. This has been going on for 3 month!! Do not buy anything from this company!

Claim your money back via your bank – Ordered in November. Didn’t receive the goods and they did not reply to any of my emails. I initiated a chargeback with my bank. Bundi Pet tried to decline it but I just received my funds back.
Company in administration? Claim your $ back through your Bank provider – Hi All, I think the company may have gone into administration, which is why they are not answering emails, etc. I lodged a claim about my order not received (ordered at the start of November) through my bank (CBA) - they investigated and I have just received the full amount bank to my account. Hope this helps!
SCAM!!!! – Like other reviews below, I ordered products in November 2023 and did not receive anything. I have tried to contact them on many occasions-no response. I have launched a complaint with the ACCC in my State. You can launch a complaint in your State with the ACCC-follow the prompts. The more complaints ACCC receives, the more likely they will investigate this business and we might get our money back.

I ended up contacting my bank to sort it out. I managed to get my money back weeks later via my bank disput service. Bundi pet never came back to me. Will definitely never ever use them again.

Do not order!! – Placed an order on Nov 30th for nexguard 6 pack. Received an immediate email with an invoice and a follow up email in the next few days advising delay in supply. Almost a month now and goods have not been delivered, no response to emails, no legitimate contact details. Have disputed the transaction with my bank and awaiting resolution. Do not order from them.. if you do, be prepared to lose your money.
