Ordered online 3 days ago. Only Half of my delivery came the next day then got a confirmation email that my order had been fullfilled. Called my local Bunnings store who said they had delivered half of my order and that the other half was coming from a different bunnings and that I should chase it up with them. happy and called the other store to arrange delivery for the rest of my order. The next morning I received a text from the delivery company saying my delivery had been attempted at 7:00am stating the product was not available in the store at the time of pickup. I then called the other store who said the delivery had been picked up at 7:30.

Please bunnings sort out your communication and collaborate on deliveries.

A very poor and quite dissapointing customer experience from such a large company.

How can my bank track a transaction they didn't make? The problem remains unresolved.

All the reply emails offer no solution, as shown in the email attachment from the store and Bunnings. And I repeat, I even went to my bank and they can't track a transfer that wasn't made by them!

The quickest delivery I ever had order the lounge from Bunnings a day before delivery arrived next day before 12 midday Actually quicker than some company said one day delivery Have to give highly recommend

badly packaged pots that arrived smashed or the wrong stuff sent. Most times they expect me to come in and return stuff, I don't think they understand what delivery is supposed to be. Sadly they have wiped out the competition and I really have no choice in my area. Hopefully they go bust so the old school hardware stores return

Delivered broken pottery bird bath ($99). Took photos of damaged box before opened then broken contents inside. Lodged claim, received claim number, made 2 calls to local store (could nit help), now on hold for estimated 1 hour (32nd call in line). Still absolutely no indication of refund/replacement. The Bunnings Customer Service is terrible!

have purchased, and wasted MY time filling in your damn questionnaire, only to have my review rejected on what I feel are extremely petty grounds. The latest- I online purchased a XU-1 Reciprocating saw, stock listed as BEING available, $39, Pick up at my local store. A few weeks later, my local store contacted me to say nil stock and none available possibly for months. I was offered a refund, and instead - I suggested selling me another in-store brand I had looked at previously that was slightly more expensive ($48 at that stage). I was willing to make up the difference in price, if required. Unbeknownst to me, in just 2 weeks THAT saw had shot up to $68. When they price checked I nearly fell out of my chair. But to GIVE THEM CREDIT *NOTE* they agreed, no extra money involved. So, I don't know WHY they felt that was somehow offensive to them for me to write my review about, RIGHT? I mean I couldn't really form an opinion about the saw, since they couldn't supply it, RIGHT? I consider that to be a GOOD news story, they obviously didn't. Jeez, talk about precious.

 Follow-up  · No reason for non supply has ever been offered, but I have my suspicions that Ozito (and/or) Bunnings just want to kiII the XU-1 brand off altogether. used to be. The search filter isn't that good. Measurement ranges can be frustrating, as you still can get a lot of detritus listed. Search filters working from broad to refined work well. This one doesn't have it. I do like seeing which store has a product and which aisle it might be found in. There's a star for ya! Forget doing special orders online. I tried. No links worked... I ended up going into a store to place a special order. I hope Bunnings does an overhaul of their online business. I am trying to see what stock they have for a particular job right now, and nothing is loading. This is why I came here to do this review. At least this site is loading!

 Follow-up  · The device is a Samsung Ultra 22, on the Telstra network. It is slow in the afternoons and evenings in particular, as I appreciate the Web in general is slower then. However, I do wonder if the recently added AI feature is slowing it down more now? I find it more efficacious to use a web search engine, find the product at Bunnings, and go in sideways.

Over time I have been very critical of Bunnings Online and delivery. I have to say my latest interactions have been excellent in relation to orders and delivery. Orders dealt with promptly, good communication, and on time delivery. I deal mainly with Belmont and Midland stores in WA.

 Follow-up  · The order process is still first class, no complaints, orders attended to promptly. I do not use click and collect.

I bought an item online & used the Click n Collect, later that day I received a call from Bunnings to say item was out of stock but they would source from one of their other stores, plus they would pay for the postage, later on the same day I received the tracking number for the order, so in the end it worked out well.

Website pretty much unusable on my phone. Try to search for something, text box is slow slow slow, meanwhile 3 popups in a row including that st^pid AI buddy thing, then get shunted into google play store to install the app. I DO NOT WANT THE BUNNINGS APP ON MY PHONE, IF I DID THEN I WOULD HAVE FOUND IT MYSELF AND INSTALLED IT ALREADY.

Another dog day on Saturday at Bunnings Munno Para West. We entered the store behind 2 ignorant pigs carrying 2 small dogs. They then let the dogs go on the long leads and another customer stopped to pat the dogs in front of us snookering us. If dogs are allowed they at least be made to be in trolleys.

Well, the truck turned up without any warning yesterday with a Hiab, having been told it was a tray drop off. There was no way I could cope with carrying 20 16kg bags by myself from the edge of the road to where it was to go. I had paint delivered to the same address from bunnings Kirawee, on two seperate occasions, so it wasn't unsafe then, I MADE A COMPLAINT, was advised by the person who rang he would follow up the issue, that he would ask the team leader about the problem & get back to me, he also said it would be delivered the following day, well, neither happened, even though I followed up the next day, with again no success, when other persons from the bunnings group tried to assist they could not get through to anyone at the store or was put on hold, I gave up and cancelled the order, the person who I contacted to cancel the order informed me he could not get anyone to answer his call either,

 Follow-up  · I RECEIVED MY REFUND without any problem, the cause of the "fail to deliver" was never explained, someone from the store did try to reach me several days later, by that time I had moved on & had obtained the paint from another Bunnings store. For a multi million dollar company their tech team should be embarrassed at how clunky, slow and glitchy the Bunnings website is. Sometimes you have to type in what you're looking for 5 times while its loading...or wait the full 2 minutes for the website to load or it glitches out. And forget trying to find an item online whilst instore...quicker to ask Google. Every single time I use their website I remind myself never to do so again.

I bought an item listed on Bunnings Marketplace from a company called SOGA INTERNATIONAL. Long story short it’s two weeks and I still don’t have the item. I’ve been getting the run around from both SOGA INTERNATIONAL and COURIERS PLEASE. SOGA INTERNATIONAL is refusing to refund my money. I WILL NEVER USE BUNNINGS MARKETPLACE sellers again.
