Took longer than I thought to arrive and so far product is ok but I am still very tired throughout the day which makes me not motivated to do more excercise. Positive though as I am not looking for snacks as much as I was.

I think the communication, understanding, and discretion(with my obese weight) which I'm very embarrassed about, was very kind. Delivery was on time, within a few days. I'm extremely happy with the service and product. Thankyou Burst Health.

Easy questionnaire, very quick and the doctor called me within an hour and was very nice & informative with my treatment plan. Very happy so far with Burst Health.

Pleased but slightly frustrated with turn around times – It would be good if the turn around time on a medical certificate was a little bit faster. (For context I am a 7/7 rotating day/night shift worker.) I received the actual medical certificate it had been around 54hrs. So I had to convince my employer that I had actually gotten a medical certificate but I just hadn’t received it yet so I could return to work on the third day of my rostered shift. Maybe an alternative option would be to perhaps pay a small ($5-$10) fee for an express/same day medical certificate. Although I don’t believe you should have to wait that long to receive a medical certificate.

Apart from the time delay I have no other issues or concerns with the service that I have received through this company throughout various purchases.

Be careful - Very disappointing service considering they have so many rave reviews – The delivery was very late and so I have missed 5 days of the treatment. to spend ages explaining to them their mess up!

During this phone call I asked to discuss this with a doctor, no. Apparently they don't do telehealth (even though the doctor rang me to discuss the drug etc). I had no choice and was told it's only a weight loss medication - it won't leave the body that quickly.

I asked again to speak to a doctor because o had a text from Burst health stating that if you would like to discuss other treatments call up - the call handler (who I discovered was the supervisor) stated the doctors don't do that.

At this point I was exasperated- no apology, me being blamed, and that the drug is "only a weight loss drug and is not important and can be missed". I asked to make a formal complaint - the handler said this was noted - I highly doubt it - I then asked if I can discuss other treatment options with the doctor at which point she hung up and BLoCked my number - it appears burst health do not like feedback. I would like to point out at NO point was I rude or swore at the call handler. I have a recording of the call and they were not listening to what I was asking.

Their service is ok when it works however it has failed this time. It fails further when the staff won't even apologise for their company's error.

Straightforward process – I found Burst health after searching for an online health and medication provider and also using some of their competitors in the past. called me early Monday morning to discuss and provide advice, and approved a script for me soon after the call. The script is then filled and shipped by their pharmacy - or maybe they contract that to another pharmacy, but to me that all happens in the background with no extra effort required from me.

The medication arrived by standard post on the Friday afternoon, so less than a week from booking to medication and all without leaving the house.

If you need the medication immediately the delivery process may not be as good as getting a script to fill at your local pharmacy, but for repeats and or non urgent stuff I found the process smooth and the doctor helpful.

I expect to use them again for the next repeat.

Also, while I mentioned it cost slightly more than some other options, the simplicity of getting everything sorted in one transaction and one call was really good for me.

Everything gets delivered about 10 days after the script was 1st issued. They take your money from you immediately, so don't do the initial stuff until your due to recommence. The 1st time I did that, I had to wait 5 - 6 weeks before it arrived. Staff are helpful and pleasant.

A quick and easy way to get a prescription instead of having to waste so much time travelling to see a bricks and mortar doctor. Costs a little more for prescription but worth skipping queues at the doctor.

I am quite happy with the overall service and delivery of my product from Burst health although the delivery driver put the package in the wrong letterbox next door to me. Took a little longer to process and post than I was expecting given I had paid for express, but once posted I received it very quickly. Overall, the service seems to be excellent so far and it’s certainly my preference over paying to visit a GP every month just to get a script.

they took my money and didn't send the product. they said i had to fill in a questionaire. they should have required that before taking money from my account. i canceled the order and still haven't got my money back. steer clear of these guys. they're a scam.

Easy website to use even for a non-tech person. Excellent products at reasonable prices. Doctors are easy to deal with and make the process easier. Timeframe from order to dispatch seems very long, but I am sure there are reasons prescriptions take so long to be filled. Once dispensed, shipping is quick.

I've had a really disappointing experience with Burst Health. I tried processing an order online and was notified there was an issue with processing my payment and to try again. I did try again and received the same notification. My credit card however has been charged two payments of $179. I have no email confirmation from Burst Health… Read more

acknowledging these payments and there is nothing showing under my account for these orders. When I contacted Burst Health, they confirmed that there are no orders showing in my account and to contact my bank. No help or advice was issued. I queried whether other customers had raised the same issue - hoping that they could advise whether waiting a day or so would be best in case there was a delay in my account updating. They did not acknowledge this attempt to work with them to sort it out.

Used the weight loss program which was comparatively cheap when compared to seeing a gp. Programme is thorough in the preamble but quick to process once you’ve seen a doctor. would’ve appreciated evidence based and up to date relevant info as I wasn’t sure if I could then check in with the prescriber. Arguably on me for not asking for more info during my appointment though. In an ideal world it’d be nice to titrate up over several weeks as you do build a tolerance but the side effects were more intense than I expected in the first 48hrs. All in all solid 4.5/5 service, but kept my negative personal thoughts in so anyone reading the review can plan their weight loss journey accordingly.

Be aware that their pricing around Monjauro is not transparent. They charge $798 per script no matter the dosage. 2.5 dose is $298 at chemist warehouse. Very dodgy practices.

Really responsive and efficient. I got my script within 2 days to my phone. A great alternative for people that need medical non urgent attention. Better than most GP's. Thank you

Placed an order and after 6 days of waiting I went back to the site to enquire why I haven't received an email on my postage and they keep giving weird excuses on why there is a delay - I would highly not recommend this business
