Perfect hire. Brand new Audi Q7 with 1300km on the clock. Walk around for damage inspection pre-hire gives you the opportunity to point out any issues, not that there was any. Quick bond refund. Would highly recommend.

Was a regular customer they delivered the car to the wrong location , i ordered car for domestic airport they delivered car to the international airport and left me to get a taxi, i swore after they said it was at the international airport out of frustration not to abuse them , then the woman i spoke to said she dosent have to put up with the way im talking , so i pay them money they give appalling service and try cover there mistake up by saying i was rude and wont deal with me then charge me my bond , they never delivered the service i paid...for after returning the car they sent me a bogus invoice with fees so they can try keep my bond , after reading some of the reviews its seems they have a history of doing the same with other peoples bond Do Not Trust Them !!
Exceptional customer service
I had to fly into Perth very early hours of the morning. I tried several other car rental places, but not one would or could help me. I decided to try Burswood Car rentals and bingo!! Not a problem at all. Couldn't help me enough. Car pickup very easy - well detailed description of where car would be. Car spotless. No problem ringing the next day and upping my kms. Would recommend 100% and will definitely use them again
Poor customer service, I had booked a Ute for work but when I went to collect the Ute I was told they had double booked and had nothing available for me. This caused me to lose out on the contract work and left me unemployed for several weeks. Would not recommend
Booked online, Pick up was from the airport as was drop off, i had not hit anything the scratch on front quarter is clearly from being hit rubbed against. But they have taken part of my $500 bond, said they sent account of damage but after many emails I have not received any. I left the car at the parking long parking b so if any damage happened from when I left it to when they picked it up you will be charged. Damage is the little black line under headlight.
Not impressed and nothing I can do but pay
From start to finish, renting through Burswood was a pleasure.
Easy pickup at Perth Airport with clear instructions on accessing the vehicle, an immaculate and low kilometre Audi A3 waiting for us and an easy drop off at the end of our stay. Security deposit refunded quickly, a lovely car and overall experience, thank you Burswood, well done!
Below average value for money
More than average cost. The car delivery took more than thirty minutes. Delivery clerk was not very friendly and was very slow. Some of the costs were not mentioned explicitly, for example, vehicle registration and admin was not mentioned in the quote.
The best car rental!
Highly recommend this company! They provided excellent customer service during a stressful time and the car itself was modern and clean - perfect for our entire WA trip. Thank you Burswood!
Great service, almost brand new Ute
Time from online quote request to booking was short ( several hours late on a Friday)
ladies were very friendly and not too pushy with extras.
Ute was perfect (free upgrade to auto, due to no manual stock) and only had 100K on it. Just the right size for everything I needed to more (Full 2400x1200 sheets and big furniture) .
Ute returned with no damage and got a confirmation of no extra charges the next business day.
10/10 for service and efficiency
The service provided by Burswood was exceptional. Right from the booking process through to the return of the car. As I have some mobility issues the team were incredibly accommodating at every stage of the hire. On arrival at Perth airport they arranged for the car to be in the short stay carpark enabling my wife to get me to the car with a minimum of fuss. A bonus was the car we were allocated was a new Audi A4 with only 256km of the clock. We were departing WA on a cruise ship from Fremantle and the company organised that we drop the car at the port (only about 30metres from the passenger entrance). All in all a 10/10 experience and will only book with Burswood in the future.

Hired a beautifully presented car for 3 days while my car was at the workshop. Customer service was excellent. Pleasant and easy to deal with. Bond refunded promptly. Would highly recommend. The previous car hire place I used in Melville were nasty. Tried to charge me $800 for a difficult to see ding in door clearly made by another vehicle door and there when I hired the car.

I will start of with a fair comment. The car, a fairly new Audi Q5 was delivered promptly to my hotel. However, the handover process was slipshod. I was just handed an envelope of instructions and told to look through it on my own. I made the mistake of now inspecting the car for any minor damages.
On the day of return, I opted to return the car at the airport. However unlike the major car rental companies which maintain an office and presence in the terminal, if you opt to return a Burswood car, you would have to return it at a an isolated ca...rpark 10 minutes away from the terminal and drop off the key. As there is no handover process, if there is any damage to the car AFTER you drop the car off at this isolated airport, you would certainly be held liable. I had been driving the car for all of 150km over 2 days with an infant and did not get into any accident whatsoever. Hence my surprise when I was billed $240 for damage. I was told that pictures would be attached as proof but none were. When I called up, customer service were lackadaisical and said that they couldn't really follow up with this and accounts would have to handle this. It is difficult for me to follow up on this as I do not live in Perth. Use at your own risk!
2nd time with Burswood
2nd time with Burswood and your service never fails to disappoint us. Car was clean and spacious. Instructions were clear and we had no issues picking and dropping off the car. Will be back next year with more rentals from Burswood!

There were a few hiccups in the booking procedure but I let it pass. Then everything went smoothly. We returned the car and they sent us the invoice for the rental payment, which was charged to our card on the first day we rented. So I thought all was good. We had taken good care of the car and all.
But, 2 days after returning the car to the designated parking lot (no one to inspect the car on the spot), they charged my card AUD600 for damage saying they had missed it out during the first inspection. How could they have missed out on a dent o...f the car? I really don't think it was caused by us as it must have been quite an impactful knock to cause such a dent at the front side of the car. What's disappointing is that they didn't even inform me of this charge or let me know that the car was damaged. It was only when I checked my credit card bill 1+week later that I found out that I had damaged the car and was made to pay for it. Fine, I accept that their terms & conditions said that we authorize them to charge us for damages but they could have at least informed me and given me an explanation or receipt/report to show proof that it was indeed a quote from their repairer. They only sent me 2 pix of the car dent (was it even my car or just any of their cars?) as proof and told me the amount was AUD600. Aren't there proper business practices for this to submit a report from the repairer or an invoice immediately after charging a customer instead of me having to ask for one? AUD600 is not a small amount. They claimed they were delayed in letting me know as they were waiting for a quote from their repairer. But they charged me 2 days after the return and didn't inform me at all until I emailed them (1+ week later) to ask about why I was charged AUD600! So the delay is really on their part. But no apologies from them. Having such "terms" in their T&C suggests that they can charge customers any amount they want at any time without their knowledge or proof of repair cost. But claiming that they have no hidden costs etc on their website is kind of untrue. And even though I opted for the premium insurance coverage, it did not cover the cost because this is considered a single-vehicle liability. I had not understood the difference between collision and single-vehicle liability and had Whatsapp them to ask before I rented (I didn't call as I didn't want to incur oversea calling charges) but they didn't respond to my messages (they were not very responsive on whatsapp) and gave me very vague answers. I tried searching their website but could not find answers. I think they should have more clarity on their website or include it in their FAQ to explain. Overall, NONE of their insurance plans covers zero liability. So if you so much as scratch the car or have a small chip (or if someone else damages your car while in the parking lot without your knowledge or it's just not your fault), you WILL be billed at least up to AUD500 (that is only if you opt for their supreme plan).
